The LEGO site just updated! http://www.lego.com/en-us/mixels

I've got this, too! Not only were Series 5 bags unearthed, SO were Series 6! http://mixels.wikia.com/wiki/User_blog:ZootyCutie/SERIES_6_BAGS!!!

Recently got Mixels sets 41509 Slumbo and 41515 Kraw. There's a neat secondhand bookstore near me that sells Mixels from Series 2 to 4 for only a dollar more than list price, so I decided to snag a couple of the older ones up.

Well, it aired today. AND IT WAS AMAZING. Animation was great, humor was great, and the series REALLY holds up as a long show now!

A real HQ Italian ad recently aired for the special...the new animation is looking FABULOUS. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ecZgrfLd7_Y

I'm really pumped for this special even more! And...I seriously hope my ears are right and that IS John DiMaggio voicing Flamzer...
-
There's apparently set to be another special called "Moon Madness Special". We don't know really any details so far for it, though.

HUGE news! A picture of Nuremberg Toy Fair's early set up brought out a picture of some of the new Mixels...and they are looking GOOD!

I totally agree! These guys were tons of fun to build, my favorite being Niksput. And on the topic of Rokit's "lightsabers", they're meant to be laser blasters.

I've mainly been playing Tomodachi Life, Pokemon Alpha Sapphire, and Awesomenauts. Mainly the latter, I LOVE that game.

Glad to see you here! Welcome aboard!

Sadly, no. Looks like they wised up when it came to spoiling the future tribes...

I just uploaded a review of the Orbitrons! https://www.youtube....O9IT5Ng&index=1 I also got some images of Nurp-Naut for a future review (linking thanks to big size): http://mixels.wikia.com/wiki/File:20150116_110549.jpg http://mixels.wikia.com/wiki/File:20150116_110542.jpg http://mixels.wikia.com/wiki/File:20150116_110533.jpg http://mixels.wikia.com/wiki/File:20150116_110524.jpg

The website's updated with the Series 4 Mixels now! http://www.lego.com/en-us/mixels

Merry Christmas everyone!

Gotta go with Mixels. It's what really rekindled my interest in LEGO in general, and they come at a great price.

Saw the documentary "Beauty Is Embarrassing" in my Painting class today. It's all about the artist Wayne White. It's really funny, and interesting, too (especially since he's one of the minds behind Pee-Wee's Playhouse).

...Because besides Mixels, this game is dominating my life right now. XD So...any other fans of it? What it is, it's an indie MOBA game, but it plays like a platformer. You get to play as an alien with a set moveset and choose upgrades to customize it to your own liking. The whole thing's like a cheesy 80s cartoon. Plus, the voice acting is really great, especially considering a lot of the voice actors in it are video game reviewers (TotalBiscuit, Jesse Cox, Ashly Burch, and more!) Anyone else play the game? Who do you main as? Are you a member of the forums? Heck, I was introduced to this game THANKS to Mixels (via some crossover fanart). I'd love to play anyone that has the game! I main as Vinnie & Spike, Scoop, and Clunk, and my username's the same as from here.

Out of curiosity, any other Homestuck fans? I got hooked on the webcomic last Christmas (during the Gigapause), and I finally managed to see where all the hype is! So...favorite characters? Best moments? What songs do you like? Me, personally, I'm invested in the Intermission. I love both the Midnight Crew AND The Felt (Clubs Deuce is my favorite all-time character), and my favorite song is the .

It's FINALLY the time where it feels acceptable to listen to Christmas music on the radio. Normally we put the tree up on Thanksgiving, but we swapped it up and are waiting for this weekend for it. Also planning on being out of town to visit family for the holidays, too.
-
Saw Penguins of Madagascar yesterday (its a Thanksgiving tradition for my family to go to a movie). It was pretty cute...humor was great, though. Especially if you love puns.

Saw the movie a couple days ago...and I LOVED it. So glad what Marvel and Disney are doing with these obscure series. It WAS a bit fast-paced, but it was funny and really enjoyable, especially from an animation standpoint.

I always recommend the animated movie "9". It's a PG-13 animated movie, which you hardly see, and it proves that an adult animated movie does NOT have to be like Family Guy or The Simpsons. The animation is amazing, the voice actor choices are great, and it's great for anyone that's a huge fan of the steampunk genre or is a Tim Burton fan.

Seems like Target is really early when it comes to Mixels. Managed to snag practically all of my Series 3 choices there when they weren't even in the Lego Store. Heck, the ones at Target were so new that they were actually still on the endcap hook, just placed right in the box! Conversely, seems like other stores are the best at having backlogs, the Walmart and Meijer's I go to still have Series 2 (and even a couple Series 1!), though Series 3 is still strewn throughout.
