    A small MOC built for a single photo. I'd been wanting to create an atmospheric shot of the Pirate Captain's cabin, full of maps and treasures, for some time.     Let's travel in time. I did this project around February/March 2020.     Wow, such a small MOC and so many comments :) Thank you all :) I focused here on visual story telling and I am glad the story is clear :) Also stonework and all details was important for me, glad you like it. Thx again for such a great response :)

    Oh, I think it is ok set. If I was a kid I would definitely wanted it. As an AFOL MOCer now I look a bit different now but it looks like a good set of parts for castle builders. I really love new factions. Especially The Black Knight is awesome (why only one in set (though) :D )

    I've built a lot of Orcs structures before. But I haven't shown you what Orc farmers do. The Nugh-Mefg desert they live on isn't the best place for plants. Only the hardiest of plants can survive there.     Thx! Haha, with the cockpit I was really proud of myself since I am not expert in those tricky angle connections ;) But figured out that pretty quickly. With every year there is so many new parts that I think everything becoming easier to build.

    Yeah, I almost never seen them. Arms are from Nightmare Before Christmas Ideas set - from Jack the Pumpkin king.

    Haha, thx! .Yeah, I think I never seen anyone using it that way. Also ut is kinda hard to find, not many BL shops have those. Took me looooong time to collect like 5 or 6 of those.

    Awesome! The shape of the original model might look simple but it is hard to make properly it in LEGO. You did a great job!

    Thx! Oh, I completely forgot about photo with de-attached cockpit :( Yes, there is modularity here. You can open 4 hatches around cockpit and easy remove it. But it looks much better with the cockpit. And of course much more is coming :) Blacktron 2 and M:Tron are my favs! Got a lot of stuff built, just need find some time for photo and publishing. Also Space Police is on the way :)

    A remake of the classic LEGO 6887 set from 1991 - Blacktron Octopod. It was also known as Allied Avenger. I'll just write that the wings move to change the landing position. There's also a retractable landing gear. My remake is much bigger than the original because I wanted it to fit two pilots. Check out the photos!     Thx! :) Everything started from the rotation idea :) It is super simple but took me some time to figure out how to make it sturdy so you can take it in the hand without fear of falling apart. P.S. Now when I look at space photos after few days I think I made them a bit to dark? What you think?

    Very nice. A lot of items makes it interesting. P.S. I was thinking about building the same thing but also with landing platform and spinner. Maybe some day :D
