    Personally I hope the new modular is a hotel or hostel. Something different and would add another dimension to the line of the other modulars.

    I've seen an EBay listed TH selling for $9,999 AUD. If someone is willing to pay for that then fair enough. Surely the seller is being far too optimistic?

    Welcome! I was new to join the club mid 2014 and what I can suggest to you is to get the recently retired/discontinued sets such as the Grand Emporium/Town Hall for a bit over RRP but not excessive if you want majority of the modular series. Unfortunately for me, Cafe Corner, Green Grocer and Fire Brigade were out of my price range and budget. So get the recent sets before they also become pricey.

    Unfortunately I jumped into modular building late so missed the early ones, which seem like favorites to most. So my order is... PR, although not tall, I believe the interior detail more than makes up for the lack in height. PC, Beautiful design on the outside GE, Same as the PC, wish it had more on sale. PS, It is ok, but not a fan of second empty building. TH, A real let down given the size, basically an empty building.

    Too early to say whether I like this modular or not. I'm sure my opinion will be decided at release. I do however like the pool room.

    Set looks great! When is the official press release from Lego? Also a noticable change with the Lego 'expert' range moved into the top right with new logo. Can't wait for the announcement.

    Yeah I was in the same boat with the haunted house. So I ended up getting it a tad over cost price with a thought that it has been retired.

    That spooky girl is an interesting MF considering we have no idea who she is meant to be. My favourite would have to be the pizza boy and also that miner.

    The fun of Lego is sorting the pieces into colour, shape and size. Then once I've done that, I need to find more pieces to sort :)

    It does look quite the set, not to mention the play value of it. Power functions would certainly add to the entire spectacle. Very clever the way every aspect folds away onboard those trucks. Generous assortment of minfigs too. If it weren't for my love of the modular buildings I'd probably have this set by now.
