  1. Amen, brother. Though if not, it's just going to make MOCing them fun :P
  2. I was thinking of both.
  3. Just to clarify, but are we sure it's white and brown, and not silver and brown?
  4. Australian Pohatu, huh? Oh, boy.
  5. Speaking of weapons... Can anyone explain to me what exactly Pohatu is holding? I haven't really been able to make out what they are...
  6. No need to apologize :P
  7. Well, you're both right and wrong. You're right about it being a staff, but you're wrong when you say this is Protector of Earth - It's Protector of Stone.
  8. Agreed. Water Protector is my fav so far, from what I can see.
  9. I thought the Manas were quite reminiscient of earth crabs. And if you want to be technical... LOSS doesn't look much like an earth spider. It has six legs, opposed to the eight of our arachnids, and appears to feature a one-part body - quite different in appearance when compared to a normal spider's combination of thorax and abdomen.
  10. This. If anything, the ominous mask in the top corner of the set display represents our main villain.
  11. I'm pretty sure the "main villains" for 2001 were the Manas crabs - why is it so hard for a spider to be the boss in 2015?
  12. Does anyone know if the Kualsi will fit on a Mata head?

  13. Son of Makuta - it's my friggin' dream come true!! Too bad I don't have enough money :'(
  14. Nothing else beats the 80s' Transformers. NOTHING.

  15. Eh... my iPad doesn't do it justice. Thanks for the image, though :P
  16. You say that like its a bad thing! Personally, I enjoy sets like that. It ensures that I don't have to buy more than one, and that's something I hope they'll feature in more sets in the future. It seems strange, though - you'd think Lego wouldn't do that, so they could sell more products. BTW, how the heck can you count the pieces? Whatever program you're using to view these, I need to know.
  17. Dude... It's pretty obvious Tahu, Kopaka, and Onua are larger sets than the other three - large enough to be different prices.
  18. So if you agree that Lewa, Pohatu, and Gali are $12-15, then what else would the larger sets - Tahu, Kopaka, and Onua - be priced for? Somewhere between $15 and $20? That would be abnormal for Lego.
  19. Well, if Lewa, Gali, and Pohatu are all $15, than the other three have to be $20
  20. There's absolutely no way Tahu, Kopaka, and Onua are $12-15. $20 is all I can see for them. Now, the other three actually probably are less, but I'm still seeing them as $15, maybe $12. Defenders I could see as $10-8, I suppose.
  21. You're right, of course - but cheaper than Hero Factory? No way. The Defenders, what you might call the "mini sets", are most likely slated at about $10-$15 ($13 was the original pricing for the Mistika, Glatorian, etc.), with Toa likely coming in around $20 (roughly Titan price). That means that, if the Toa happen to be $20, that's $120 for all six. If the Defenders are $10, than that's $60. And let's not forget LOSS, who'll probably be $20, maybe more. That's a grand total of $200 for the entire collection. If the Defenders are $15, it'd be $230. If some of the larger Toa are $25, than roughly $245.
  22. I don't care how many they showcase, as long as they showcase at least one. Seeing the actual thing will be awesome - I'm expecting at least a few differences between the actual products and the leaked images.
  23. Adding to list of evidence...
  24. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! Excellent job, though I do prefer your other cockpit design.
  25. For now, anyways. If we get any Bionicle media next year, it's a possibility they will still be referred to as Toa.
