  1. He's definitely had exposure recently (and by recent, I mean the past decade) in the forms of Justice League Unlimited, Young Justice (my favorite version), an animated movie I can't remember the name of, and the Arrowverse (IMO, the most underwhelming and boring version of the character, but to each their own); however, I don't think the intended audience for Lego would know him well enough to care (and his rather bland appearance, compared to other Super Heroes characters anyways, doesn't help much). I wouldn't count on him appearing anytime soon, outside of maybe that event that shall not be named.
  2. LOL, yeah, there's not much to be done with the Nolanverse Batcave. The Keaton and DCEU Batcaves could be great sets (the latter will probably happen soon enough).
  3. This excitement that a much-desired popular female character will finally be available in a set followed by a huge fuss over the exclusion of that one character whose absence is perceived as inexcusable kind of reminds me of something that went down here last year. Edit: Of course, then it was just one guy carrying on for months on end instead of the whole board expressing their frustration for a day.
  4. On the bright side, the Batcave price makes the prices for the other two summer sets look alot better.
  5. I forgot about that, but still, it's not something they do for all, or even many, D2C's.
  6. We haven't been told by the moderators not to and we've had discussions on here before about images that were removed (pretty much with every new set), so we should be fine
  7. Probably the ones just2good released. Edit: Here's that, and yes, you can see that he doesn't have a grin.
  8. Yes, and we should be getting descriptions of the sets (builds, figures, confirmation on price, and possibly play-features) at London Toy Fair (Jan 24th - 26th).
  9. I don't think Lego displays D2C sets at Toy Fair, since Toy Fairs are meant to get retailers interested in selling Lego's products and D2C are not sold through retailers.
  10. The sad thing is, you might be right.
  11. The build looks ugly, it isn't even accurate to the show (the poles should be to the left of the reactor which should be to the left of the door, not the other way around), and I'm not a huge fan of '66 Batman. Easily a pass for me.
  12. Two Face?! That's great news! I was beginning to fear we might get some new characters instead of rehashes of previously released ones. Thank goodness that fear is being slowly put to rest (although there is still a chance we'll see some new characters, so maybe I should hold off on the celebrating for a bit). Still, I would have preferred rehashes of Ivy, Joker, Harley and Penguin (can never have enough for those four).
  13. Welcome to eurobricks, Hopefully you'll like it here, it's a pretty good community with the exception of that one crazy guy with the Raven obsession.
  14. Poison Ivy, Penguin, and Joker rehashes, what else? I kid, I kid.
  15. I'm looking forward to Captain Boomerang................. but it seems I'm alone.
  16. lol, I'm just the opposite. Well, besides the Suicide Squad design for Harley.
  17. The 2013 Mr. Freeze and 2013 Robin were both based on their Arkham counterparts.
  18. I could see it going either way for Croc to be honest: minifigure of big fig. Either one works for me, I'm happy that we're finally getting a Killer Croc.
  19. Lego switched from using light flesh colored heads to printing a light flesh face onto a black colored head, because of the new cowl piece.
  20. Just watched Just2goods video on the sets (hey, better late than never) and he said it could (the keyword here is could) be a $130 set. There's no guarantee it will be, but anyways, I'm not sure I like the idea of another expensive set like that after Jokerland last year, but it could mean even more figures (that will undoubtedly be rehashes) than we first thought. Edit: Talking about Killer Croc: Havoc in the Sewer.
  21. With Joker only available in a $120 set at the moment, it would make sense for them to keep that the only option available to get him. Same here, her, Encantress (she's in the SS movie and she had her own Empire cover, so I'm thinking she has an important role and that DC might want to advertise her a bit more) and Grundy make the most sense to me. Also, am I the only one thinking that a giant zombie would make more sense in the Scarecrow themed set than in a sewer set?
  22. Big fig designs have become much less detailed since that game was released, I wouldn't expect anything as detailed as that.
  23. Scarecrow's combine of doom, anyone? Don't forget the vehicles!
  24. So we could be looking at 6 figures in each (if the largest CW set is any indicator). Maybe we will get the rest of the Squad (Raven and Enchantress would both fit well in the Scarecrow one (I know Raven isn't a squad member, but magic vs magic, and fanboy obsession leading to unrealistic expectations)). Edit: Anyway, the idea of 6 figures in each has me excited, lots of spaces to be wasted on rehashes instead of new characters. Edit2: Thanks you very much Just2good.
  25. Yesterday, all three were being retired soon and sold out. Now today, they're gone. I don't think it's a glitch.
