the sets will be in stock in alot of stores mid november, lego will surely reveal them before that. I expect last week of september will will see something new, minifigures or sets. Rumor is the new trailer is released next weekend. The official release det is dec 1. for the lego sets. If the wargs and goblins are revealed in the trailer then lego doesent need to keep those sets secret anymore.

I can't imagine the smeagol scene will be in the game. The prologue will be in the game, the pre order bonus is just an early unlock code. (the last alliance battle(prologue) is the tutorial for the game.) I havent found the elrond figure anywhere besides the german ps3 version on amazon. I would imagine amazon.co.uk to get the special edition at some point, they have in the past... but so far no luck.

These appear to be ingame unlockables, not dlc. so this preorder bonus (presumably) is just cheat codes. The downloadable charactehrs in lego batman 2 wasnt part of the story, while Sauron is and you will most deffenetly see him in game, they cant cut him out for dlc. you should be able to buy/unlock this characther in game with studs and gold bricks. The wii doesen't get pre order dlc cause their download services suck.

Hey look it's smeagol. note that it is in game characther unlock(cheats propably), and not dlc. for refrence here is the batman 2 dlc ad LINK Beregond isn't in the movie.

One aritcle I read said that the game has 18 levels, thats 3 more than batman2, and I guess 6 levels per movie.

well you know, the pictgure itself isn't captured from facebook, the real minifigure was somewhere when it got pohotographed. The actor seemed very happy about being made into a minifigure, wich is fun to see!

dark gray piece with light gray painting could've been better. My biggest problem is still that the "mouth" area of the piece is white. makes it seem takced on, rather than integrated. I'm very much looking forward to seeing Fili in minifigure form. He's the coolest looking dwarf in my opinion, I'm anxious hoping they won't mess him up in any way.

I hope for Thor "2" movie set(s) his new costume looks great. Shame the lego cape is so limited.

So far I am not liking what I'm seeing, are those bikes not buildt? looks like its own huge mold/stuff. Lookign forward to seeing if this theme gets any cool pieces reusable by other themes.

Time for an update then: The Oin fogure is very good in my opinion, BUT the beard being so white is more acurate to how he looked during pre production, the final designed bear has much more grey in the mustache area. I think they should have left the mouth area of the beard unpainted. _______ The Oin image was posted online 1. august, I guess the image came from comic con?... there could already be images of the other minifigures online...

Is that still in the movie? I remember there being talk about it being insanely expensive, aswell as the being budget cuts or soemthing? As someone else noted, will be interesting seeing what happens with the cuusoo western set.

Theres also the diference btween dreads and flat hair The Hippie hair would be a better fit, but the headband doesent look right.

I only ever buy lisenced sets/minifigs so I'm excited, I do enjoy seeing all the non lisenced stuff lego makes tho, I just don't feel a need to own it.

This is awesome! Even tho I know next to nothing of the lisence. should give us some cool molds and minifigures! I hope we get Johnny minifig with the bird on the head(even if one without a bird would be reusable). For gods sake, lets hope the mods keep the discussion for this theme in the HISTORY forum, otherwise they are being incredibly inconsistent.

Well certainly, but its cool he's in there and you get to play around as him.

The 2. movie might be very hyped. with the new people seeing it on dvdv for first time + the fans who saw it in cinema, therefor I think lego will throw atleast some sets at it. and with the 3. film they will proapbly make a video game in 2014 so I expect some sets to go along with that..... For all we know the Lotr wave might have been made jsut for the video game. As for the sales, it might be that all the stores ordered alot of sets, hence the CEO says its doing well, while in the stores its not selling as well. It's a little anoying we don't get more specific sales numebrs for all the themes.

Lets hope they won't reuse the ninjago snakes, cmf minotaur or the monster figthers werewolf. Sadly animal people propably won't give us any new headgear pieces.
