I have serious doubts that a cloud is indicative of a soft reboot. It was more than likely a little homage for the old fans.

Why are people so surprised that it's a reboot? A continuation was already unlikely on the face of it.

I don't know what it is, but the whole thing with Pohatu's hover-jet-boot-things and his asymmetrical armour made me think that maybe Pohatu will be the Technology guy of the group. I know that spot is meant to be for Nuparu, but to be honest, I would welcome it with open arms. To me, the original Pohatu was just an Onua who could run fast and talked more.

Just because matoran alphabet isn't present that doesn't confirm it's gone for good. While I doubt it will make a return, that video certainly doesn't confirm anything.

They're not really meant to age like humans or any other organic lifeform does, seeing as they're robotic beings. They're not really organic creatures so this kind of reproduction is more than likely not the case for them. Aaaaaanyway, back on topic now.

Hmm, I just had a thought. What if the Protectors are indeed matoran/villagers but they are a special class of them that wear these identical masks as badges of sorts? So basically a more elite version of the Ta-Koro Guard, only it's all elements and not limited to Ta-Matoran.

Yeah, we won't get any irl photos until NYCC rolls around. I don't think we've ever had any IRL photos before their public unveiling in the past, or at least to my knowledge.

Even if they never make official Kaita combiners, I'm going to buy Lewa, Gali and Kopaka just to build a Toa Kaita. Although if they were to exist officially, something makes me think that the New Kaita will be Lewa, Gali, Pohatu and Tahu, Kopaka, Onua and have them based of their size classes instead, but who knows.

Skopio would be far less of a mission to build with CCBS. I think they should make CCBS vehicles.

I really think that BIONICLE needs games that follow the canon story (in this case I mean console & PC games and not simple browser minigames) if they want to avoid any confusion.

You've clearly never been to the bionicle subreddit. Also, I've never liked the bags, I mean, sure, they're cheaper to produce, but the packaging made it seem like these sets were some kind of food.

I agree with that too, having mixed gender elements would be absolutely amazing, but completely rewriting already established characters is unnecessary, having fresh new characters to show off would be nice. Yeah, I'd definitely love to see vehicles some time in bionicle's future.
