Im surprised no one has posted pictures of the Jetski Cowl on a Dark Knight batman. I put it on my Keychain Dark Knight batman. I think this cowl looks more like the movie. I think it is the shape and look of the brow on the cowl.

I would have to agree. Hasbro bought Kenner just for the SW license. It is a huge money maker.

I was playing around and swapped the heads of the Space Marine and my Clone Pilots. Looks like it could work rather well swapped. So if you want a little more variety in your SW figures or you want a flesh toned Space Marine, now you know.

Thank you so much. See this is what I was hoping for. The problem with searching the modular building pics for bathroom fixtures is that people tend to photograph top down view. So it is hard to see all the detail.

While I can't say for a fact how merchandising rights work, I know in some countries the license is granted based on the type of model, size, type etc. So in Japan, there are temporary licenses given to model builders who sculpt resin models. They are allowed to produce a limited run and sell it at a special convention. Now the same IP is given out to multiple companies. They break it down to the scale of the model and sometimes the theme. Like Macross. A japanese mecha anime. Stuff from previous series are produced by Yamato. Current Anime mecha is produced by Bandai. Hasbro is different and doesnt think like the Japanese. So they would probabyl have tight control over their IP. Which is probably why they worked on getting KREO made. Now with regards to CUUSOO I imagine that these legal issues regarding getting a license can be very difficult. Is it odd that the first two sets were only available in Japan? Why was that? Anyway trying to get the OK to produce licensed product world wide is very challenging.

Yeah I have seen Zizsy work before. I thought some of the designs look familiar. that bright blue plane I remember. Just awesome work. I'm having a friend in Japan track down the books. Another friend in Hong Kong might be getting the second book as well. So Im pretty confident I can get the second book. Not sure about the first one.

Wow the batmobile, Ecto1 and BTTF Delorean are awesome. And that Firetruck is stunning. The Edsel is not something I care for but the design is amazing.

True. But I do like the buildings to match. eitherway I plan on getting it when it comes out. While I dont have the Cafe Corner, Green Grocer or Marketplace; I find the Marketplace the most disappointing set out of the Modular bldgs. Doesnt seem grand enough compared to the rest.

I am just glad that they had the foresight to invest in it for Avengers.
