Has anyone else noticed the Droidekas legs seem to be in the wrong postition? I thought there was supposed to be a leg coming out the back, not front.

The Yoda one is pretty good Oky. I had an idea a while back to do that, but I guess I forgot. This will be off-topic, but a while ago where I live, they did a radio contest and if you won they said you would receive a brand new Toyota, and when this man won, he went to pick it up and they just gave him a toy Yoda. He sued them.

It looks really great, as soon as I saw the first photo, that reference pic used was the first thing that came to mind. There are some parts that could use some recolouring and a little bit of tweaking. Still great though.

I heard from a person at the Lego Store that the new "eco boxes" are going to be tested with smaller Star Wars sets and other themes. The sets will also come with a smaller instruction booklet made from recycled paper.

By plastic trays do you mean something like the Death Star playset or Taj Mahal?

Say TLC were to create a massive Lego Star Wars set, the largest set ever created and the only info we got on it was that it would be over $1,000. Would you still buy it?

I just picked up 10195 on Friday and feared the worse as I pulled each bag from the bottom of the box, anticipating the horribly wrinkled sticker sheet and instruction booklet until I found this. 3 Instruction books on a cardboard backing with the sticker sheet all encased in plastic. Never have I seen this before. Have you?

and maybe some Winnie the Pooh Duplo They also have the new keychains, good thing the magnet sets are glued, I don't want any of the new ones.

I never thought about the cardboard, that just might up the price. I wish they did the same thing with old model kits, where the instructions and decal sheet were inserted into a little slot on the bottom of the box.

If there was a box with Anakin on it, I'd faint (in the bad way). When I hear "Phantom Menace" or "Episode 1" I automatically think of Maul. Maul being red really contrasts nicely against the blue and white.

I'm doubting that some box sizes will change. I remember hearing once that the reason SW boxes were so big was so STAR WARS was bigger and that there would be more colours on the boxes to look more attractive. Just a thought I had with some box dimensions (Slave 1 for example) is the box have to have enough room for large pieces to rotate and move around, example, the windscreen could get crushed somehow if it were just jammed in the box. One last comment, if there is not as much space in the boxes, our instruction books and sticker sheets have an even greater chance of being a crumpled mess.

I'm think he duplicated some Tuskens, there are a few that are the exact same as you can see in this picture. But he probably does have a lot, maybe 20 or so.

Mm, I'm loving that base, much better than just a plate. Interesting little back story and it's something different than a bunch of clones shooting at a bunch of clones. I would have liked it to a bit bigger, seems a litle cramped. And just one question, I built one of those amazing guns your clones have and was wondering, did you glue the technic pin on? Whenever I attach it to the pistol it eventually comes flying off and doesn't stay together.

I'm loving this, great use of the 8099 structure, works really well for this one.

I like how you used the republic symbol. Personally I just display all my sets on clear bricks. I'm sure many members have other great ideas.

I'm loving this, giving me inspiration to build the Cantina. The detail on the door and the pub is great. I especially love Space Police III aliens mixed in.

I didn't have one, I was talking to some guy at the Lego Store who had one on the counter, we started talking about it and then I asked (jokingly) if I could have it. But he never did so...you're story reminded me of that.

Thank you for this, stuff like this should have it's own topic because if you put it in the pictures and rumours thread you'd get lots of "this is so old", "we already have these", "what? darth maul's head is white now?!". I haven't really seen most of these pics so its nice having them. Anyone else find it dangerous to have Luke practicing with a lightsaber right near the Falcons engines or hyperdrive (whatever those circular bits are) I'd have to say I tried that same thing with the chrome 3PO as you did with vader.
