  1. I got my first Claymores today. Overall, a good sword but the crossguard seems to be a bit fragile. A small but great detail is that a knight can also hold the Claymore above the crossguard. I bought four in gunmetal to equip my dragon knights.
  2. Hair is the second most important part I use to distinguish different characters. I voted for the caveman's hair/beard and the pop star's hair.
  3. I clear my table, place any tools I might need on it, set up additional lighting and wash my hands before I build. As a child I used to eat potato chips, peanuts or maybe a sandwich while bricking. Later I got a feeling that the grease on my fingers is bad for the minifig torso print. Don't know if it is true, but no dirty fingers touching my Lego!
  4. It is so funny that you named your King Legolas. I use that name too but for a Count. I named my Lion knight leader Aslan. I like how you attached the flags on the back. It's that simple. Still I have not even thought about the idea.
  5. Part 1: Part name: Double Stud. Part description: One stud with twice the height. Part usage: Upside down snot. Part 2: Part name: Hen. Part description: A female domesticated fowl. Part usage: Livestock. Part 3: Part name: Deer. Part description: Ruminant mammals Part usage: Hunting. Part 4: Part name: Sheep. Part description: Quadrupedal, cloven-hooved, ruminant mammal. Part 6: Part name: Pitchfork Part description: A long-handled tool with sharp, widely spaced prongs. Part usage: Lifting and pitching loose material such as hay. Existing part of other colors. I do not think that the following parts are made in respective color. Correct me if I am wrong. Part 7: Part name: Ridged Tile 2X4/25°. Part color: Dark stone grey, Medium stone grey. Part usage: Castle wall, rock formation. Part 8: Part name: Ridged Tile 2X2/25°. Part color: Medium stone grey. Part usage: Castle wall, rock formation. Part 9: Part name: Ridged Tile 2X2/25° (Corner, Double Convex/Double Concave). Part color: Dark stone grey, Medium stone grey. Part usage: Castle wall, rock formation.
  6. What is your favorite fig from series one? Since I am a castle builder I have to go with Robin Hood. Bought five of him. The chearleader & the zombie is fun to have, although I do not really have any use of them. What is your favorite fig from series two? The surfer because of his torso. It is much better than my custom torsos. I had high hopes for the Spartan but he is a bit disappointing. I do not like his colors or shield. What series do you like better? The first series because it has a minifig (Robin Hood) & three hair pieces (nurse, skater & caveman) as I really need. Furthermore there is a zombie & a cheerleader that I want to have. The second series has not a single minifig I want or need, but several useful parts. Well maybe the mime could be friend with my jesters.
  7. I do not have factions in the sense that they are necessarily enemies. I have several noble families who are part of a larger kingdom. Sometimes friends, sometimes enemies, always rivals. Simplified is one shield equal to one noble family. As a result, I have divided Crusaders in two arms but with a common ancestor. Same goes for Falcons and Scorpions. There are variations in culture and religion which creates tensions. For example, I regard Forestmen, Wolfpack, Scorpions, and the new Dragons as pagans while the Crusaders and the new Lions are Christians. This is the current nobility in my Kingdom: Classic Castle with red/grey party per pale and blue border on the shield. Falcons with yellow border on the shield. Falcons with blue border on the shield. Crusaders with a blue background on the shield. Crusaders with a yellow background on the shield. Forestmen shield but with a Bulls torso from KK I. Wolfpack Renegades although they are not renegades in my empire. They are nobility. Scorpions with red/black shield. Scorpions with grey/black shield. Crownies rule! Imho the crown symbolizes their status and provides no room for other interpretations. Lion knights Dragon knights I will do something with Jayko, Karzon and Kentis from KK II. Though I have doubts about their torsos.
