Indeed. Usually I can't find new constraction sets until February.

I wasn't at the event, but by looking at pictures, they are operated by gear at the back, which I assume operates a system inside the shooter, similar to the new click shooter, which launches the studs. Also, while looking at the set descriptions at BrickJournal, it appears that the Golden Masks simply control their respective element, rather than having powers such as shielding or strength. E.g. Yes, but those themes had most of their story explained through a TV show, which Bionicle does not. Comics or graphic novels would be great, though.

In that case I would assume that the books told most of the story, while the mini movies primarily showed off the action scenes.

I doubt it will be one-minute long animations. I think they will be at least 10 to 20 minutes long.

It appears that the game is now "Hit the back of the head", rather than "Hit the mask."

The new head looks great, mainly because it doesn't need an attachment point on the front, as well as the fact that it isn't completely translucent.

Whoops, I forgot what shells were used on Kopaka. Yeah, those have never been printed either. I probably won't use them on Kopaka, but I'm unsure about Onua.

Onua's chest, I understand, those have never been printed. But Kopaka's leg shells could have been printed.

Just to clarify, my post was just a theory, nothing more.

Makuta is a Mask Maker, right? So what's stopping him from making a horde of evil masks, putting a portion of his consciousness into one of them, making it the leader, and sending them out to find the masks. If Makuta can summon an entire horde of spiders from within a Protodermis Prison, I'm sure he can do the same while taking a nap.

I think they changed it to Ekimu and Okoto to avoid confusion. Remember, Mata Nui was both the robot and the island, but this is not the case.
