Warlen walks sadly into the Marketplace, near tears as he did so. He slowly approached the dwarf, pulling out his staff as he did so. "That'll be 25 gold, please, Mr Dwarf." As he takes the gold and leaves, Anwyl halts him. "Are you always in such a rush? God. Look, there's enough gold on this staff to make it worth my while to do something extra. Hand me that Wand, and your shield. What's a weakling like you doing with a shield?" Warlen simply raised his eyebrows and walked off. *** When Warlen returned, his staff was still there, albeit shorter, but his wand was gone. "Smokebeard? What'd you do?" "Calm down. I just transferred the core of the wand into the staff and cut it short. Enjoy. Oh, and I gave your shield a design." Anwyl turned away, back to his work. Warlen left with th a heavier purse, but a much lighter heart. It seemed his staff would be coming on many more adventures as a wand. 160+25=185

Sitting alone, Warlen pulled out his old staff. While still having some golden coating on it, most of it was just... blackened. It had been a trusty staff, for many years. Perhaps, however, it was time to move on... No. Not yet. For now, it would stay with him. But he would give it a name. Nightfall.

Interesting. The face seems a bit too wrinkly, it's a bit distracting, but otherwisr it's nice.

Turning back to the Greenskins, Warlen grinned. "Hey Vindy, you sold the old head mold yet?" As he was speaking, a piece of paper flew over to the board, before a thin piece of wood shot through the top and held it in place on the Questboard. Gems wanted by entrepreneurial young mage, specifically Diamond and Topaz. Willing to pay 90 gold (price negotiable), or perhaps a trade could be arranged. Speak to the Half-Elf that talks too much.

Do the FOGs enemies change per level, or are the red monsters utterly undefeatable for a ten-ish level player?

He then (still bemused) does the same to himself, and orders a glass of wine from the Orc he gave fashion tips to, settling in to watch the show. "Speak for yourself, Miderun. I'm 100% God-free!"
