That's fantastic! :-D It looks very neat and fancy, I love the arched windows, great job! Keep it up! *y* *y* ~Peace

No problem. It took me a while to distinguish the towers from the tiles on the board, but once I did that I could see a wheel on the troll rook. But on the other picture (the one below), I looked at the Crownie tower and though you couldn't see the side of it, it looks like it's sitting flat on the ground, not slightly raised above due to it having wheels. Unless that's a shadow and not a dark grey plate. So that's just an assumption from a partial observation, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't have wheels. We'll have to wait for someone to get the set to prove me wrong. Why doesn't Lego.com have building instructions up yet? X-D I was hoping to get this set for my birthday, but man I saw the note they left... "Preorder this item today, will ship by 1 Sep 2008" Cancel that, since my birthday's in May... :-/ ~Peace

Very cool front! Both your MOCs show some neat building techniques, and they both look very cool! The first one reminds me of Bridge Walker, and I love how it has detail on the back unlike TLC's versions. Neat weapons too, and the cockpit is great. *y* The Flight Hunter is also very neat, I love how posable it is, as well as the sleek design. Fantastic job! *y* ~Peace

Very nice vig! Those flowers look great. *y* ~Peace

Even if it were 250 NZD, that'd be awesome. But 350, struth, not everyone's made of money. Still, if I observe all the details enough, maybe I can convince myself... all those weapons, minifigs, 2 giant trolls, severed dragon heads for display... :-P ~Peace

Those look tasty. It's like 2 of my favourite things in one. :-D ~Peace

On closer inspection, the 'good' rooks are just towers, but the 'evil' rooks are indeed rolling siege towers. Let's have a look at that again: ~Peace

Awesome once again, RebelRock! I love the simplicity of it, it looks so cool! :-D Now do one with the goblin sled smashing into a rock! :-P ~Peace
-
I think the rooks may be on wheels. Why? It would be more 'realistic' to have a rolling siege tower than a tower that magically grinds across the ground. On the Lego.com description it says it has rolling siege towers. Man, I wish the instructions were up to see if it were really worth the price. :-/ ~Peace

Very clever indeed! Putting to use parts I would normally throw away! *y* ~Peace

Nice entry ImperialScouts! Feel the wrath of Vader! >:-) Batbrick, I love your entry! And I get the Castle babe, oh yeah! :-D What a lucky guy I am. :-D Which I definately can not say for the Exo-force dude... please, not the Chamber! :'-( Great job! *y* *y* ~Peace

Now for my thorough analysis! The overall view of this looks great, I love the use of those windows that slope out as they go up, and the detail makes it look all the more better. The storage room is awesome, it's cool that you included things from characters TLC hasn't yet made, like the Clayface mud. It all looks very neat organised like that too. The research room looks great too, equipped with all they need, including donuts and coffee. :-D The reception area is neat, nice job with the tap. And again, the necessary coffee. :-D The interrogation room is nice, but another seat wouldn't hurt. Unless of course they like to play bad cop, all standing up and intimidating. >:-) Nice touch with the fire extinguisher, is that for 'interrogation' too? >:-) :-P The cells are cool, the Mad Hatter looks nice in there. I read a comic last night called 'Hitman', and Hitman (a DC character) shot the Mad Hatter in the knee caps for some extra cash. He looked like a leprechaun. X-D Anyway, the removable cell wall is a great touch too. The temporary evidence room is nice and simple with everything you need, same fo the photography room. The office looks fantastic, though what's an axe doing in there? 8-| X-D Little details like the clock adn bin you've pu in the hall make this thing all the more cooler. The outside platform is nice too, for those cops who want to get a bit of air. The railing on the roof is great, nicely done! I like the Batsignal on the roof, but I thought the cops were against Batman? Gordon's office is neat, and fits in nicely with the rest of the building, and all the figs are great too. And now what I've been saving till now: *y* *y* *y* And yes, that technic piece works great as a donut. :-D ~Peace

Wikipedia has some examples, here, here and here. Well then you're gonna love the new Wolverine movie coming out. ;-) ~Peace

Ah, yes, good ol' Bandit. :-D And thanks for conveniently placing Hinck next to the knight, and not Bandit. ;-D ~Peace

Er, no. In Soulstorm you can play as the original Space Marines, Chaos, Eldar and Orks, the Imperial Guard from Winter Assault, and the Tau and Necrons from Dark Crusade. Oh yeah, and the Sisters of Battle and Dark Eldar, new to Soulstorm. However, if you have Dark Crusade you can download a fan made Tyranid mod, which isn't bad. ~Peace

I could've sworn I commented on this. This one's definately my favourite of the bunch, great job once again Doctor S! ~Peace

I do love a good zombie MOC, Keith Goldman's "Chapter 3: On The Defence" has been a long time favourite of mine. :-D Thanks for providing this nifty index! *y* But as this isn't really history, maybe it should be in the Other Themes forum? ~Peace

Yes, Rock Raiders was fantastic! :'-) Good to know there's another fan out there. :-D Castle '07's biggest fan? Really? Well, I do love it... and I'd always dreamed of collecting a skeleton army... man I love that line... :'-) :'-) Do I plan on getting the RR base? Hmm. Maybe when I get a job other than mowing my parents lawns. :-| :-P We'll see, I'll need money for shipping too, no doubt, and I'm spending every last penny I can spare on Castle sets, but soon I'm gonna need to spend some money on a bigger display table. Anyway, when my beloved Castle line expires, and my display table is absolutely chock full, then I'll start looking for it. *sweet* Hehe, well I guess Rock Raiders has been pushed up on the list due to great memories as well, I loved that theme. Played with each set for ages, and I was really protective of them too. :-D And it had 5 characters, which I gave personalities, wheras Castle focuses on army building, which is what I'm into now. >:-) Ow! You and your dark tan troll with his fancy club. I wish I had a club! :'-( X-D Yes, imperialshadows and Stauder have been... <ahem> great... X-D Really though, thanks a lot guys, I really enjoyed it! *y* Sets other than Castle? Well, I got Battle Arachnoid, Indy's Motorcycle Chase, Recon Mech RP (Life on Mars) and the Imperial Dropship. Other than that, all Castle. Oh, and I got a bunch of Bionicle/Slizers along with some other technic stuff free from my mate. It's great! :-D Ah yes, birthdays. They're more money hoarding than set getting. But still, money for sets! :-D Thanks Batbrick! Oop, there's more... Not really. X-D Well, except for my 'The Wall' one, that post-Apoc one. Probably my best of the lot, I really did like that one. But I needed some green plates for my Impulse competition entries, so that was that. I tend to just leave them taking up space until I want to make a new MOC, and if I need pieces from an already existing MOC, I'll take them, often leaving half built/destroyed MOCs lying around. Thanks everyone for your comments, and special thakns again to Stauder and imperialshadows! And the audience! And Hinckley! Peace ~iamded

Yeah, Soulstorm. Lookin' forward to that! ~Peace

I still don't get it though. Sure, you get wizards and giant trolls, but with two normal chess sets and four Impulse sets (making up for the rare figures and what-not) is still only 224 NZD, and this is 350! It's madness. ~Peace

Thanks Shine! I just remembered that Peeron has instructions sometimes too, and so far they've all provided. So with the help of Brickset, peeron, and that website you reccomended, I think I'm done now. This can be closed. Thanks! ~Peace

So, my mate is moving house and needs to clear room, so he generously gave me a big box of his technic, which was unfortunately mixed with K'Nex and some other random junk, but it's sorted now. Anyway, the collection includes some Toa, Roboriders and Slizers (also known as Throwbots), but a lot of instructions are missing. I was wondering if anyone could help me with this, maybe telling me where I can find some? Thanks. Peace ~iamded

I like the weapon. With a consistent colour scheme this could make an awesome archer! Very cool. *y* ~Peace

Disappointing news, but great comic! :-D Wonderful once again, Doctor S., keep up the great work! ~Peace

Sweet mother of- *sing* <deep breath> Okay, so, this, or 3 and a half other chess sets. Or Dwarves Mine, Troll Attack Ship, Tower Raid, Toll Assault Wagon, Dwarve's Mine Defence, and 6 Impulse sets. And still have change. So sad... I guess I can't complete my collection. Darnit, if only TLC would hold some sort of competition with that as the prize. ~:'-(
