I don't know what to say. I wasn't given any pictures, but it was described to me rather vividly. God's good at descriptions. As for being told who my attacker was, it's more of a what. Not who. I've said before, none of us are crows. Cows, cats, goats, gaters, no crows. I still don't know if it was a disguise, a distraction, a minion, a demon. I don't know. Just that it was a crow with a sickle and it attacked me. Do I really have to go through this again? I didn't expect to hear all of this either. When this whole thing started I just knew I had this bag, and I was happy to ignore it entirely. Then on the very first night all that happened, and God relayed it pretty clearly. Hell, maybe I do. It's not every day you have such vivid conversations with God.
-
Sure thing, Booker! I'll try to be as plain as I can without directly quoting God. Right, so when this thing started I was given a bag containing a magic substance. I didn't know what it did, and was kind of scared of it, so I was quite happy to ignore it. But then on the first night a crow carrying a sickle and looking evil broke in and tried to kill me. This was incentive enough to overcome my fear and throw the bag of magic powder at the crow. The powder began burning through the crow's flesh, but was disintegrated in a flash of red light. I crow was unfortunately safe, but luckily so was I. The crow then fled from my house. That's about as well I can relay the message without breaking the rules of life. Hope it helps you. Oh, and I was a bit confused at the crow thing. I asked for clarification and was told it was indeed an anthropomorphic crow, like us. But a crow.

Sorry for not checking in for a couple days! I've been busy with stuff away from the computer, and my internet speed's been cut to dial-up so I kind of... forgot about the internet. I only realised this morning that I hadn't been checking in, and I'm truly sorry about that! -
Yeesh, it's not like me to be this late! Sorry folks. I just went over everything though, and I'm finding Sheldon's story a little hard to swallow. Sorry Sheldon, I hope you're as scummy as we all think! Vote: Sheldon Sebastian Sheepdog (Quarryman)
-
Yeah, no, it was definitely trying to kill me. It broke in to my house to kill me. After the whole ordeal I was told that I was safe from that incident, but so was Crow. So if Crow got away 'safe', then my theory of crippling it to prevent further attacks is bust. So I really don't know why it hasn't struck again. I guess it could have been a one-time thing, but then how am I going to provide any proof?
-
Oops, sorry, it seems I did miss that. If I'm at all distracted, it's just because I'm tired. If you're trying to insinuate something deeper you'll just have to say it plainly. But later, right now it's time for my nap.

Aw, guys! I thought we were gonna stay and chat for the rest of the day! Ah well, now our conviction has been reached I guess we'll all be heading home soon. You ladies are welcome to come over to my place for the rest of the day. And just to show my support, I might as well add my vote to the pile. Vote: Felix Fox (Shadows)
-
Lazlo! I'll miss his hearty roars... Right, now it's obvious we need to vote for Felix. However I'll hold off my vote for the moment so's we can have some more discussion. Unfortunately I don't really have anything to add. My private chats have gone pretty quiet, and my nights have been uneventful.
-
Oooh, thank you kindly Kendra! If you were trying to vote for yourself early, you may want to swap your name and your alter-ego. Just a wee formatting error there.

Err... no one told me they were forbidden...

A night action hi-jacker? Say, it didn't happen to be a crow that hijacked the night action did it?
-
Err, I recall a situation exactly like this. Telling someone their intended night action to build trust. A Blacksmith (human, not horse ) did it on the first night of a play called Appleslut Werewolfia or something, hoping to gain the trust of another townie. I'm certain the torch Lauren held was merely a prop to amuse God. He was tired of telling us to not search for clues in the pictures, that so he placed a red herring there to mock us. Obviously nothing in there is of actual use to us. After all, the Arsonist didn't use gunpowder, but lo and behold, a barrel of gunpowder appeared just as mysteriously as the torch. An absurd yet comedic effect, perhaps?

 I have to agree with that. -
<ahem> Right. So yeah, blocked, blown to bits and brought back to life - all in one night! You must have been up to something good, eh Felix? The fox who no one knows the alignment of, brought back to life by the shadowy figure no one knows the alignment of. The 'second village reviver', I mean. Strange that there were no killings (other than your own) on the night that you were blocked so hard you exploded. Unless the scum are trying to set you up. Anyway, hopefully now you can manage to invest some trust in Helen, that is if you're a townie... I know Helen's become a lot more trustworthy to me. No idea why the Arsonist didn't strike either. Maybe it was Lauren. And the lack of anyone spotting any sickles worries me...

Ahaha, awesome conclusion Hinck. Love the narrative in this game. -
Yeah. A, B and D have all occurred to me. I'm not sure which one it could be though. (A) seems most likely, as it's clear the Crow looked evil. None of us look evil. Though I guess if one of us had a sickle, we might. That's kind of besides the point though, as none of us are a crow. (B) is another possibility. I've said it before and I'll say again, I'm telling the truth about this. Just relaying what happened. But I understand why people don't trust my word. If I were one of you, I sure wouldn't. As much as I'd like someone else to see Mr Crow to verify my claims, I wouldn't want anyone to suffer at the hands of it and it's brutal sickle. It's a very scary looking thing, you know. It's also occurred to me that if the Crow is another method of attacking for the Demon Legion, they could hold it back until you guys don't trust me, and have me convicted. Then they could have the Crow make a triumphant return, to rub it in...

Well, I really wanted to build a Troll container, so here it is. I apologise for the quality of my photos, I couldn't get the lighting right, and since I reformatted my computer I lost my magic image fixing Photoshop.

Vote for your favourite Category A entries
iamded replied to WhiteFang's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Dang, 51 entries! Alright. Let's narrow things down, shall we? Ooh. This is tricky. There are so many entries I like... Okay, here we go. 15) Gorilla Suit Guy Entry, by TazManiac. [1 Point] Very clever idea! And I see you weren't the only to use it. The micro-city looks great, and the Gorilla Suit Guy fits in perfectly as King Kong (or a giant in a gorilla suit ). 7) Pilot Entry, by Dan Church. [1 Point] Well, I guess I'm a fan of micro-scale building! It works so well here, and the balloon looks great. I can see the Pilot fig fitting in just fine there. Nice use of the sphere build as well. And I save my favourite entry for last. There was no doubt when I saw this one that it would get my vote. It's just wonderful. 32) Samurai Warrior Entry, by Dannylonglegs. [1 Point] Just an outstanding build. The tree on the outside, and the wee bonsai tree inside. It's all very feudal Japan. The wee back story adds a nice touch to the whole thing. Honourable mentions go to Plissken, lisqr, Atin, cimddwc and Captain Tamamono. If only had 5 bonus points to give out! -
Vote for your favourite Category B entries

Okay, here we go. There were a lot of awesome entries, but I narrowed it down to my top 3. 20) Nurse, Surfer & Space Villain Entry, by Darkblane. [1 Point] I love the back story to this one, original and very cool. Neat build too, with some nice greebling. 27) Robot, Pharaoh & Space Alien Entry, by Gnewal Gwevus. [1 Point] Again, it's the backstory that helped with the choosing of this one. Quite clever, and I like the stark contrast of the tan Egyptian build, and the black and purple alien ship. There were loads of great entries, but my favourite has to be... 6) Robot, Pharaoh & Mummy Entry, by lisqr. [1 Point] Again, I just love the back story. The black build looks great with the trans-blue and trans-red highlights, and there's some neat detailing in there. Bonus points for managing to photograph a dark build while catching all the details. -
I'm a size 9. That's a pretty smart idea, Stevie.

Oh, golly. Perhaps the demons are not horrible monsters that dwell in the forest. Perhaps, they are demons, in ourselves. Demons of anger, and confusion, and malcontent... But no, we all saw that demon before. SO. The question is, does my vote go to Lauren Lamb, or to Helen Hippo? Lauren hasn't contacted me at all in private. Helen has. Helen mentioned her suspicion of Lauren a few times. Lauren seems to be pretty relaxed today, if a tad passive aggressive. Helen seems... stressed and just a smidgen aggressive. I don't know. I guess, Helen's been straight with me, and she doesn't think my story's crazy. Well, she does, but she believes me. And I still think we need Edgar, and that he's a townie, and him and Helen seem pretty tight so I guess... hmmm. I guess I trust Helen more than Lauren. I have more reason to. But whenever I read one anthropomorphic animal's rebuttal, I'm so easily swayed that I side with them, then I read the next rebuttal, and switch sides, and so forth. But a choice must be made, and I've done some thinking, and I'm tired and still have an unvote and a conviction must be made and a fair few other people have their reasons for voting for her too which is another reason in itself (Yeah, I guess I'm band-wagoning. Sue me.) so therefore I will vote: Lauren Lamb (Zepher). Sorry. You seem so nice. And another thing. Off-topic and kind of unimportant, but it's something I always notice. People have been pronouncing it "Lauren Lamb/Zepher", when in fact it's pronounced "Lauren Lamb (Zepher)". But y'know, whatever. We're lucky God's lenient.

Yes, that's... worrying. The unidentified figures had wands, and I definitely saw a sickle on Mr Crow... I can't explain that. Maybe it was some wayward demon come to cause havoc after not receiving a sacrifice... Now I understand it could look suspicious, me trying to come up with some explanation after having nothing come up proving my point, but really. I may be stupid sometimes, but I wouldn't just take a guess at the night killer's appearance and weapon and say he attacked me. All I know for certain is a crow with a sickle attacked me, really that's the only fact I know in this game of life thus far. That, and my powder burns it rather well.
-
Oh my! What a night. Guys, what if one of our resurrected friends is a vampire? Or what if the scum revived one? Just some points to keep in mind!
-
Vote: Lazlo Lion / TinyPiesRUs When I heard Pennie make those points against him, it really struck something with me. I mean, come one, one post a day? Talk about laying low. And yeah, "Surely a scum in an all-furs game like this would know laying low wouldn't work?" Or maybe that's what they want us to think, hmmm? I don't think it's going too far to suggest at least one member of scum would lay low and pretend they're just an otherwise preoccupied townie. And I can't in good faith vote against Bristol Bunny just yet. Although she hasn't made any further attempt to contact in private... I dunno. It's tricky.

Hmmm. I'm a bit suspicious of Becka Bulldog. She came to me in private asking all about my powder, comparing it to Booker's orb, saying it doesn't protect me from fire, like Booker's orb. Saying, not asking. I haven't been attacked by an arsonist, and though it would sure be handy to test if my powder burns arsonists as well as it burns Crows, I'd rather not have to test it. Y'know? However, I reviewed Becka's voting pattern yesterday and it's all well and good, so I don't know. Also, I'm convinced someone who's contacted me is scum. I'm paranoid. As far as I know everyone is scum. Guilty until proven innocent, and all that...
