    This might have already been discussed, but the entire 2014 range of UA sets are being clearanced at Target.

    I picked up Pohatu and the Protector of Stone today. They looked really nice together on my desk. Brown was always one of my favorite classic Bionicle colors, and I'm really glad to see it's return, though I will miss yellow. It would have been nice if the feet could have been dark orange to match the torso armor and mask, but it is still easy to tell what the primary color is. I also like the neon green bones, they work well with the dark orange IRL. Hopefully the summer wave will be this good.

    I guess that you could, but I don't think that it would look as dynamic without the main elemental color in it's torso

    I like this one a lot more than I thought I would, I just wish that he had one more brown shell, that way you would have the option of giving him symmetrical arms. Other that that, he is one of my favorite protectors

    Kohiwi and Asesina https://plus.google....sts/cR7GA2SPDNP Kohiwi and Asesina are two Dark Hunters who have recently appeared on Okoto, searching for the Mask of Creation. Asesina belongs to a reptilian species whose ability to breath under water makes her a challenge for the Water Protectors and even Gali. Kohiwi is a four legged being whose keen intellect makes him difficult to predict. Both are veterans of countless battles and will stop at nothing to complete their mission.

    None of the Toa with the preliminary backgrounds seem to have the extra golden mask. Is it possible that they were omitted from the final sets?

    I'm really looking forward to the Defenders, maybe even more than some of the Toa. During HF's run I missed the civilian type characters.

    That price system would make sense based on the current HF pricing, but the Defenders look small for $10 sets, especially if the mock up that Leewan made is accurate to the final design

    I think I'm going to buy some of the defenders first, normally I like the ice characters, so if the Ice Defender looks good once better pictures come out, I might buy him first

    I picked up the Combat Machine, because I needed Rocka and Surge. After building it, I realized that I like it much more than I thought I would

    Even though HF will likely be discontinued next year, it's "legacy" will live on in the CCBS

    Today I was at Walmart, looking to see if they had any of the new sets, and I saw that the price tag below each set on the shelf was red, meaning that Walmart won't be getting any new shipments of those sets. This might mean that they were clearing shelf space for the summer sets, but I'm worried that Walmart won't be carrying HF at all any more.

    The random masks would be interesting, but I think that the defenders are new Matoran characters with non-finalized names. The Toa probably have names at this early stage because they are based on existing characters.

    If the original Toa do come back, I hope that they're in their Mata forms. I always thought that looked much better than their Nuva or Karda Nui forms

    A cheaper set with Benny or any of the classic spaceman would be really cool

    It looks like the summer HF wave is out at LEGO stores. Too bad my nearest LEGO Store is 12 hours away :(

    Unless you can find a sale here in the USA, the battlepacks actually cost around $13 (not including tax). I would go for the Death Star, everyone seems to love that set.

    Do you know when they are supposed to start appearing? August is the official date, but is it possible that they could show up sooner in the USA?

    LEGO should have switched Bulk and Surge's heads around, it would have been much more consistent with their previous sets.

    Great Review! I'm actually looking forward to this one, I like the smaller mech. Do you know when these will be released in the US? Is the date still August?
