I still don't get how they could put ANY villians in Erebor (aside from Smaug). None are in the book, and none appeared in DoS.

What I really like about the Smaug in the poster is his glowing orange stomach. I wonder if the real Smaug will have something like that.

Here is a summary of all the info we have so far: Set 1- Dol Guldur scene, $12-15, with Galadrial, the Witch- King, and a 3rd figure (Elrond, Sauron, Saruman) Set 2- Lake Town, $29-39, with Bain, probably a few LT guards, and maybe and Alfrid. Seemingly no Smaug. Set 3- A Bo5A set, $69(?), with Dain, hopefuly Bolg and Azog, and, of course, since TLG loves him so much, there will probably be a Gandalf Set 4- Erebor, $129, probably with some dwarves, Bilbo, and probably a Smaug . If PJ had stuck to the book, there would be no antagonists to put in the set, but we don't know what he did!

I don't think the LotR licence allowed that. But if it did, those would be perfect.

I like Lake-town Chase because of the colors.

I agree. Orthanc will probably be out for a while. If there is some news, it will probably be out by March.

I am sorry if the wording of my post offended you. It was not a joke. I was under the assumpion he had suffered from a brain tumor because of a website that had gotten a picture of Bolg in 2012 and thought he had worn the medal bar because he had experienced a tumor. Again, I apoligize if I offended you. Can we go back to talking about the sets now?
