  1. I hope you don't mind me posting my build. A friend of mine sent me his LDD file a week ago and I bought the parts on BL. The rockets are dark bluish gray, while the truncated cone and cylinder are light bluish gray. Can't wait to see your finished build, ResIpsaLoquitur!
  2. That extra dollar is a big turn off for me. Buying all those TLM minifigs wasn't cheap.
  3. Awesome!! Thanks! EDIT: If possible, can anyone grab the part number for Benny's helmet, please?
  4. As cool as it looks, I simply can't afford it. Definitely thinking about grabbing Benny off of eBay or Bricklink to help satisfy my craving for Spaceship, Spaceship, Spaceship.
  5. Went to see the movie and get DJ Robo at AMC, as I don't have an AMC stubs card but my friends do so I went with them. At first we had some trouble at the box office saying the figures weren't for adults but once we got the manager, they changed their minds and gave us the minifigures. I really love the DJ hairpiece and to have it in a lighter haircolor, is just absolutely perfect. Going to the first Regal showing tomorrow at 10am for Pajama Emmet! Bringing my mom and my brother as well. Also, the movie is perfect, they couldn't have done a better job with it. :D
  6. Geez, Pajama Emmet and RoboDJ are gonna cost me some money. I'm paying for my family's tickets as well and I'm planning on seeing the movie again in another theater by myself so I can get both figures. That means I'll be spending $70 or so for 5 tickets. Granted that also includes a 3D movie too but still, that's quite a lot for me. And then a couple of months later, I'll be paying $100 or so for Benny's Spaceship, Spaceship, Spaceship! It never ends!!
  7. The Target in my area completely restocked the LEGO movie endcap with Series 11 figures, no TLM fig to be seen, but I got a tip from a friend of mine that the local K-Mart had them so I went over and got some. Two Marsha the Mermaids, which was worth the trip, but absolutely no Mrs. Scratchen-Post! I really wanna get more of her but I've only found one so far. Lots of Larry the Batistas which is unusual for me. Only one William Shakespear, one Gail and a few Lincolns. The rarest figures seem to be all girls, Mrs. Scratchen-Post, Gail and Marsha.
  8. I totally second that. Also, I believe Benny's Spaceship is the second LEGO set to have windscreen part 13252, which was only available in 10240 Red Five X-Wing Starfighter in trans-clear (and going for crazy prices on Bricklink). To get a rare windscreen in trans-yellow is excellent for MOC Neo-Classic Space builders.
  9. I've been a Regal member for years now, but I never been a Stubs member, however my friend has a Stubs card so I'm going to see the movie with him and hopefully our whole party will get Robot DJs (and then grab Pajama Emmet too). Here's hoping you get DJs when you go!
  10. My name is Max and I'm 23. I've always been a big LEGO fan through out my life and I'm super excited for the LEGO movie. I'm planning on selling some of my old LEGO sets for Benny's Spaceship, which is the coolest set ever, haha. I've always been fascinated with LEGO history and how the company went from wooden toys to the bricks we all know and love. I remember reading my DK Ultimate LEGO book as a kid and always wanting to get my own Classic Space minifigures; now with my recently discovery with Bricklink, I'm finally starting to get my own collection of Classic Space minifigures and hopefully my first classic spaceship, 918 Space Transport. I also recently built this awesome Neo-classic space fighter seen in the LEGO movie poster with Benny (this is an old photo, I've finished building it). In addition, the LEGO video games in 90s were great parts of my childhood (especially LEGO Racers). Here's my WIP Rocket Racer, along with my first Classic Spaceman and my Legoland minifig. Thanks in advance and I look forward to being a part of this community. :)
  11. Hi guys, been following this thread for a while now. Super excited to see the movie. I'm annoyed by how unprofessional both Regal and AMC have been already. I called AMC to double check and see if they're doing the promotion and they haven't even heard of it. Granted, it was only just recently announced but you think the theater operators would have this information way before the public does. The AMC theater near me didn't even know if they can give one figure out per ticket or just one figure per cardholder. I really hope it's the former. Fortunately I have an Regal near me, however they also didn't know if they were going to do the promotion or not. Fortunately the Regal card membership should be free and I'm already a cardholder so Pajama Emmet should be fairly easy to get, provided the theater is actually offering them. If my local one doesn't, I have to go to the next two counties to grab one, ugh.
