  3. Ugh...It seems that our ice cube woes have come in a full circle. Heres the reference page: Bricklink
  4. Sorry, man, the folders aren't public yet. Can you deeplink some photos of them?
  5. Happy birthday! Lucky for you to have a birthday when the new pirates are arriving!
  6. I play - piano - violin - clarinet - tenor sax - guitar - voice I'm the keyboardist for my friend's group, Fridays. (I was named Fridays because, well, everyone loves Fridays!)
  7. This is a wonderful piece of lego - I love all the little extras. Good job!
  8. Very nicely done! It wouldn;t happen to be a Haunted Manson, would it?
  9. Mmmm....butter. Nicely done - Can you show us some instructions?
  10. Very nicely done! Put a real horse in front, and it becomes an Eighteenth-Century carriage. Well done.
  11. AC/DC - Black Ice (the album)
  12. ...which would then lead Revolver Ocelot into the game and make everyone go, "WTF?" Thok saw the approaching ships and realized that this would be a good chance to get some supplies. He used his contacter to contact an approaching gunship, which landed near him. He ran towards it, yelling something to Jim about "contacting his unit". He stumbled into the armory, ditching his travel uniform for the more heavy duty standard white armour with a blue arm. Remember? Let's pretend that gunships carry many types of specialized armour... He also got a new rifle, picked up several ammo cases, and two sidearms. He wouldn't be traveling lightly anymore. Just as he was leaving, a snide voice called from the depths of the room. "I hope you have the permission forms for all that equipment." Thok smacked his forehead. He had been caught by the quartermaster with unlicensed equipment, and this was a court-martial offense. Arrgh! Bureaucracy!
  13. In Flanders fields the poppies blow Between the crosses, row on row, That mark our place; and in the sky The larks, still bravely singing, fly Scarce heard amid the guns below. We are the Dead. Short days ago We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow, Loved, and were loved, and now we lie In Flanders Fields. Take up our quarrel with the foe: To you from failing hands we throw The torch; be yours to hold it high. If ye break faith with us who die We shall not sleep, though poppies grow In Flanders Fields. - John McCrae, Second Battle of Ypres, 1915 John McCrae was a Canadian doctor who perished during World War I. He is most famous for writing this poem, signing, then tossing it away, disappointed in it. A British soldier found it and sent it into a magazine, and it has graced Canadian Remembrance Day assemblies for...well, let's just say it was a long time. May God bless the fallen of the Canadian (and international) forces and those still serving and have served.
  14. Thok looked at his weapon forlornly. It wasn't in the best shape (four planets in five days does a lot to a gun). He unclicked the safety, and set the gun to rapid fire. He aimed, pressed the trigger.... Thok: It's stuck. Jim: Hmmm? Oky: What's stu- oh. CRAP! Thok tried it again. The trigger was stuck fast. He dropper it, and drew his sidearm. This battle was going to suck hard.
  15. I've been busy in the past few days. My apologies: I was forced to edit my post when I noticed that I had made information errors (nothing critical to the game).
  16. Pardon my disappearance, I was merely out gathering herbs. I am quite surprised to find all this foforaw. I am innocent; if there was ever any need for me to purchase a broomstick, it was for me to sweep my walkway. And, besides, I'm too busy doing my chores to worry about witchcraft. And thank you to the good Inquisitor, may God watch over him and protect him from evil, for giving me the chance to answer all doubts about my innocence. Therefore, I must agree with the Inquisitor's proposal of finding out as much as we possibly can. Do not kill Phillip; from what we have seen, he is a valuable, if rather unusual asset. Now, if you'll excuse me, my throat is parched, and I must get some water. Okay, I'm back. I am a little confused with Lord Charles' statement on soul transplants. What are they, and why would one want one?
  17. *yawn* Good day, fellow townsfolk! I must apologize for my late rising - I was tired after yesterday's persecution. I am glad that everyone had a quiet night last night. If you will excuse me, I have a question to ask Padre Alexander.
  18. I disagree! Entry four is well built, and has some interesting pieces. Therefore, it has my vote.
  19. Sounds interesting. I brings to mind Cormac McCarthey's "The Road". Is it going to be post apoc? I hope to see your installments soon.
  20. I'm quite happy! The party I am politically affiliated with won the election (I won't say which one, but you can guess. )
  21. *facepalm* Nevermind...........
  22. Thok shook his head. Never in all his five years in battle had he seen such a large force against one so little. It was unfortunate that he would be part of the side of the little guys, but...so it is. Thok to Commander: Are you positive you can't just "bring the rain"? (If you haven't seen Transformers the movie, it means a firebombing) We could sure use the clear ground. Commander to Thok: Negative, Sir. We just don't have the manpower- Thok to Commander: Of course this army doesn't have the bloody manpower! In all my years...*goes into rant bout the current state of affairs in the army* Oky to Thok: Calm down there, Colonel! No need to blow an artery now! Jim to Thok: He's right, Thok. *To Commander* Those turrets will do just fine commander. Now hurry! I'll be away for a bit in the Witch Hunt Mafia thread.
  23. My apologies, my lord. Perhaps I should have said partially safe. Mind you, that is a damning quote...what would know about my safety? They're dumb enough to get caught.
  24. I am glad to have my name cleared, and I do hope that everyone stays safe tonight.
  25. Hello! I'm finally posting in the thread. I am glad most of you came to your senses. I am innocent; I spend my time among the company of respectable people, and would not practice vile witchcraft.
