  1. Hi, My second design for Space Zoo Project of TurkLug: The Space Zoo, run by TurkLug, provides animals in two ways: First, those sent to the deep space to explore animal behaviours and second, those hunted by TurkLug rangers. This animal falls into the second category. Thus, there is no scientific knowledge as to its origin. There are only assumptions, which are based on its appearance. It is called Gallus gallus domesticus SLX ie due to its appearance. Although, it resembles a chicken, the teeth in the front does not make it that domestic. The hard shell and the thorn-like formation on its back gives it a sound defense. The atmosphere of the planet it lived on was purple, so is its main colour. The most interesting feature of it, though, was its eyes. It had evolved to be able to see under low light. Several eyes, each of which had a unique angle of sight, were on a single organ. 1 by balikciklar, on Flickr 2 by balikciklar, on Flickr 5 by balikciklar, on Flickr
  2. It is not a 2x2 decorated tile. It's a turntable that I put the trans-clear round bricks on.
  3. Hi folks! This is a little spider I have made as a contribution to the Space Zoo Project of TurkLug. It is a strain of tarantula, which is a terrestrial species. It was sent on a shuttle to the depths of space by mankind, as part of studies on extraterrestrial life. As it travelled in space, it passed by a radiation emitting astreoid, which resulted in a mutation. Since its life functions were kept at minimum, its immune system could not combat this mutation. The result was a brand new strain of tarantula. One day, as it stared out of the window of the shuttle, daydreaming, it fell asleep. But a sudden crash awakened it. Then all it remembered was falling asleep again because it was caught. When it opened its eyes, it found itself in a cage surrounded by ultraviolat sensors. And there was a motion sensor before it. It spent the first day in its cage with these observations. As time passed, it got used to its new habitat. The zookeepers even let it go out of its cage at times. And he enjoyed all that free food and comfort provided. Captivity had to have certain bonuses, not?! 1 by balikciklar, on Flickr 2 by balikciklar, on Flickr 3 by balikciklar, on Flickr 4 by balikciklar, on Flickr 5 by balikciklar, on Flickr 6 by balikciklar, on Flickr 7 by balikciklar, on Flickr
  4. Hi folks! This is my first ever MOC as featured in the New Year Contest of TurkLug. Hope you enjoy it! ...As is usual in distant lands, unusual events happen every now and then. But, that day, something of the most unusual nature happened: The princess of the distant land was found in her room, sleeping sound and deep with an apple on her lap. The royal wizard was immediately summoned. He hurriedly rushed into the princess’ room with his tool box. He went on to prepare all the potions of which he knew the formulas and dropped each and every one over her lips with a hope to awake her. But, it was a hopeless try. The princess was still fast asleep. Thereon, he sent a message to the king, informing him about the current status of his beloved daughter. As the king waited for his daughter to wake up, something popped into the wizard’s head. He had heard of a rumour from the neighbouring distant land which involved a Snow White, seven dwarfs and a handsome prince. “Maybe” he thought to himself and with no remedy left to try, he decided to implement his brand new plan. At first, he considered kissing the princess himself. He had been in the business for years by then and his career was stuck in a rut. He recalled the sly smile of the messenger telling him of a toy maker who had made toys of the wizard on a small scale, packed in bags and sold. He suddenly woke up from this daydream because the fact that he was very fond of the current position of his head over his shoulders was so striking. Next, the wizard asked for a full list of all dwarfs and princes in the kingdom. The final list, however, was not very promising. There was no dwarf around. The number of princes, on the other hand, was limited and that of the handsome ones was no more than the fingers of one hand. He turned his eyes on his hands and the bitter truth hit him: The number of fingers he owned was equal to the hands he owned. “What a world”, he bewailed. At last, the messengers headed to all directions and summoned all candidates. There came the big day. Candidates were checked by the doorway and let in one by one. http://1 by balikciklar, on Flickr Among the candidates was a frog who had just hit the pot by kissing another princess. He was pushing his luck for sure!! http://2 by balikciklar, on Flickr http://3 by balikciklar, on Flickr Another guard disarms the candidates accepted. 4 by balikciklar, on Flickr There must be a reason for this merriness?? 5 by balikciklar, on Flickr The awful truth: One man's fun is another's hell. 6 by balikciklar, on Flickr The prize awaits for the successful candidate. And a guard watches over it. 7 by balikciklar, on Flickr 8 by balikciklar, on Flickr
  5. Nice work! I like the use of round bricks in particular.
  6. Yes, this room had better be guarded day and night. Cool setting...
  7. Inside out, this is a great classic apartment...
  8. Everyting looks great in this set up. Nice job...
  9. Ooopppsss!!!! I only remember reading about its release some time ago and it hasn't been released here either. I should check amazon. Thanks for the reminder. BTW, I supported it, too.
  10. Since AOE II is on the verge of surfacing in HD format, this would perfectly complement the video game. There is a generation of old youngsters (like me) out there who are thrilled by the alarm of an attack to the town center. Applause goes to you Artizan for the effort you have put in!!! Congratulations...!!!
  11. I'd like to submit my very first message on Eurobricks for this design. Great castle that deserves a fourth message...Congratulations...
