Doctor Who, Torchwood, Sarah Jane Adventures...

Not a full series no, but a few specials spread out throughout 2009 as well as the Christmas one. -
Doctor Who, Torchwood, Sarah Jane Adventures...

Wow. Just wow. There's not much I can say after that episode. -
First I suggest you calm down. Then I think you should consider the fact that nobody has seen any of the 2009 sets and we don't know what to expect. Once we do get these pictures and then when we get the prices for the sets then you should start considering which sets you wish to purchase. Also I wouldn't get your hopes up about Harry Potter as only one set was made for the previous film and no offical statement has been given on it's future.

Cool! Does this suggest a new ninja theme?

Cool fig, all the elements work together to make something effective. It's a custom piece from Arealight if I'm not mistaken.

Doctor Who, Torchwood, Sarah Jane Adventures...

An awesome episode. Loved how everything from the series fitted together. Now I'm going to avoid this thread for an entire week in case of any enormous spoilers. -
I think it's a weird move to give us two colours of the same set. I remember the days when people used to complain about the sets being too samey, but now these sets are basically the same and people think it's a great idea. I'm perplexed to say the least.

Oh wow that is much more reasonable. I can handle £200 rather than closer to £300.
-
I had a hunch that there would be some figs in the DGS. I'm still not fussed on it to be honest though.
-
Couldn't have worded it better myself. Even if I had tried it wouldn't have sounded as good.

Care to share the pic with us?

Do you have something in your eye? You seem to be winking an awful lot. And no this thing definately doesn't have a mini Millenium Falcon. Unless they've hidden it really well.

You can see the hatch clearly in this pic.

Congrats guys, keep up the good work. -
Thanks for the pics Sam. I think I can see a little grate in the prison block which slides down to the trash compactor.

Indy Contest - Secret of the Silver Swan - extended mix
Plural replied to Svelte's topic in LEGO Licensed
This truly is a brilliant MOC. That silver swan looks fantastic and the scene as a whole just looks stunning. I love the contrast of the SNOTty stones and the studdy ground. Simply marvelous work. -
Well it sure makes more sense that Knigdom of the cyrstal skull. Awsome work as usual. Very cool details.
-
That Captain Jack is spot on. Do you plan to do the entire Torchwood Crew?.
-
Cool video, the contents of thats vault must be worth well into the £100,000s.

Just want to throw in my 2 cents about the new pics/sets. I still dig the RGS and I'm almost definately going to get it. The AT-TE has slowly won me over and I'm begining to like the look of it. I also like Rex more than Cody so I might get it for that reason also. I'm not that bothered about the Bodyguard set mainly because I'm not exactly won over by the figs. The ship itself seems pretty cool though. The tank is looking ok if a little bit stubby and depending on th price I might get it. The HSD is a weird one for me. One one hand the figs are pretty decent and I love that Red Commander, whatever his name maybe. But th HSD itself, to me is just a ball with legs. I know it's been faithfully recreated but I'm not conpletely sold. I really don't olike the Twilight. 'Nuff said. Not particularly fussed about the V-19 although it looks like a good set. I think TLC have made a huge mistake not including figs on the droid gunship (which I still find hard to believe) and I don't see myself buying it. I had hoped I culd buy the new Death Star set but alas I think the RGS and AT-TE will consume most of my hard earned cash.

Wow that is very good. Brilliant detail but it retains it's LEGOness. Excellent work and welcome on Eurobricks.

Doctor Who, Torchwood, Sarah Jane Adventures...
Plural replied to The Kid's topic in Culture & Multimedia
I enjoyed Turn Left and explaining everything to my dad. . Couldn't help grinning widely when the two words were Bad Wolf. Really? I had heard Martha and Mickey would be joining Torchwood next season, what with Tosh and Owen dying. -
Fabuland Builders Guild - Discussion Thread
Plural replied to Shadows's topic in Special LEGO Themes
I love them. The way the Tantive IV corridors look so fabuland-esque but still retain the look of the movie is brilliant. The figs are perfect aswell. Awesome work. -
I like cheese. But I'm also lactose intolerant. It's very awkward.

Thanks for the vid Christian. I'm loving the central elevator and the crucshing trash compactor. I think the dianoga looks awesome as well. And we get a spiderman web for rope when Luke and Leia swing. That is cool.
