(Invasion From Below MOC) Vulture Beast
Sir Brickalot replied to Sir Brickalot's topic in LEGO Action Figures
Thanks everyone! 3rdeye88, thanks for praising my photos, never thought I was a good photographer! -
Yeah, but the beasts did invade the city of Antropolis before the heroes ventured into the caves.

Congrats on being frontpaged! Can't wait to see this IRL.

^ I know! The first reviews of the Star Wars battlepacks said that they don't fire sometimes, but they work amazingly for me... -

What was the last movie you watched?
Sir Brickalot replied to EbonHawk's topic in Culture & Multimedia
Lego Movie for the second time. Can't wait for the Lego Movie 2! -
Saw the movie a second time today, only in 3D. I was very impressed by the effects: I was sitting near the front, so I was startled when Emmet's face was really close to me!

Vulture Beast is a powerful creature with immensely strong wings. It is capable of destroying any pesky hero in its way by swiping them with its razor sharp feathers. When it soars into the sky, nothing can outrun its speed and agility. This is not a beast you want to cross paths with. After everything in its path is destroyed, all it has to do is finish off Stormer with its crushing claws at the end of its bony legs. When it spreads out its huge wings, it looks even more intimidating than before. Antropolis is left a broken city after Vulture Beast's rampage. Basically the inspiration for this MOC was Jaw Beast. I was staring at his head and realized that the front kind of reminded me of a beak on a bird. I also wanted to experiment with wing shapes as I was very disappointed by Flyer Beast's wings when I first saw pictures of it. Well, that's about it! C&C welcome as always. Thanks for reading!

(Invasion From Below MOC) Stormer Scout Machine

A question for you all- do you think I should change the laser cannon? I've been staring at it for a while and I'm not sure if I should change it. -
Wow! You must be a great parent! Welcome!

What is your least favourite Super Heroes set and why?
Sir Brickalot replied to Godtshep's topic in LEGO Licensed
Spider-Trike vs Electro. Ugh. Why does Spidey need a trike anyway? He can swing from buildings, much faster than most vehicles, and a trike has three wheels not four! I don't really like the Doc Ock Bank Heist set either. It is just way too high off the ground and looks awkward. I wish they'd made it an actual bank rather than yet another vehicle. -
Extremely useful indeed, I even used them as wings in a spaceship MOC recently!

Sir Brickalot replied to bacem's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
Great work as always bacem! I always look forward to your MOCs: at first glance, they seem simple, but if you look further, they become very interesting. Good luck in the contest! -
*Jaw drops to the ground* Woah. How long did it take you to build these little gems?

^ It was held in the National Coal Mining Museum in Wakefield, and yes, it is to be held next year. Looking forward to going again!
