Yes, there is quite a simalarity there Mr phes... If I had the set, I would probably swap that head with one in my Crimson Tyrant MOC, as that one looks better.

Now with the comparison pics, I can see a big difference between the old and new arbiter II's. That is quite a big crew you have there as well, and the fleet of them is very impressive as well.
