  1. The British marines in the navy also wore blue. Only in the later years of the reforms in navy and army did all grunts wear red including expeditionary forces within the navy. Hence Imperial soldier grunts are British.
  2. Thee Pirate - I agree, the brown shirted pirate/merchant man looks authentic. shame that other pirates didnt differ they are plain and same old...
  3. I will work on it next week sometime, I got a lot of college work at the moment.
  4. Imperial Guard Admiral = my favourite Imperial Armada = my least favourite - based on 1600's and a different centuary to that of the first pirate sets.
  5. lol do they now? :'-( tis a shame cos i hope that large imperial port/fortress isnt destroyed! I will have to place my mos in my bedroom or store them in loft. only problem is the DUST. How can i counter this?

  8. I always thought when I was a boy about the two pirate ships Skull's Eye Schooner and the Black Seas Barracuda. They are both large battleships or conveyed to be anyway. However if we but these ships on broadside, who would win? and why? And the outcome, losses/ship damage etc. Your comments please

  21. I'll keep it all pirate hehe. I didn't think the 1997 era of the 'spainish armada' was very good, only beacuse they didn't expand on it and only ONE ship was produced with a small port and tiny fortification thingy. - well thats what I remember anyways.
  22. Oh ok so where are you from? Maybe we can host these battles in a different country each year? Was just a thought *sweet*
