Heroica RPG - Quest #42: The Meaning Of It All
The_Customizer replied to Flare's topic in The Heroica Archive
Well, that seems like quite an important staff! I am sure everything will be explained once we get there? Also, I think I will wait for my companions opinions as to what to do.- 892 replies

Heroica RPG - Quest #42: The Meaning Of It All

Hmm, it seems resting would be the best choice, as using ether right now won't make a difference except that we can get there sooner. Though it may be better to arrive in the morning, as that would be less impolite to the Doctor.- 892 replies

Agreed, if you can buy GP that would make things much better! You ready for Quest #42? We are just waiting on you.

Maybe another weapon or item to replace the pitchfork could be the Broom of Doom.

Heroica RPG - Quest #42: The Meaning Of It All

Umm, I have just one question, how many wishes do we get? Other than that, I am already to go! OOC: Stats are good, I normally just use my handcannon, helmet, and snake eye charm. Anything else is just stuff i have received in quests, for the most part.- 892 replies

Erdathcath's Shopping Totals: 2x Floral Bombs 2x Lightning Bombs 2x Fire Bombs 2x Ice bombs 293-40=253 Gold

Well, it seems MP will have a new adventure on quest #42, he will be fighting with advanced classes, and according to him, 'pagans'. This is going to be quite a fun quest!
-
Well, Erdy is now a druid, so she also has a slightly lighter side which may or may not show through. Ok, I was thinking it worked that way, just wanted to double check. Thanks!
-
I haven't heard much about him, though his name definitely sticks out due to it being the name of one of my favorite snacks. And yes, I know I look rather odd, that happened when I learned the way of the cleric. Something that will most likely help us in this quest. No matter how simple it sounds.
-
Yeah, like the battle in the school where it was just 1 guy left, and he still managed to completely obliterate the entire enemy by himself. Also, I was wondering, if certain weapons, tools, equipment, etc are only good for a certain class, would an advanced class be able to use the items that either class could use? I am assuming so, but just thought I would double check.

At last, a quest to finally test my newly acquired skills! Monk Pretzel, and Eric, is there anything I should pick up before we head off on this quest? Maybe a couple of elemental bombs? (Just to be on the safe side)

I just have 2 small requests, as I am not too good at recreating decals from lego pieces. I just need the front and back torsos for both of these pieces. (Fairly large if possible) http://www.bricklink.com/PL/973pb1073.jpg http://www.bricklink.com/PL/973pb991.jpg If someone is able to make those, I would be very grateful! Thank you to all of you who do an amazing job with these decals!

Well, it seems as though some age-old arguments have escalated quickly! Perhaps the faster the new quests are started, the safer even will be. (With less of a chance of people being thrown into the streets)
-
Siercon, might you possibly be interested in receiving (for free) some items for your upcoming quest? Noticing that there are new Quests Erdathcath signs her name under the quests. Quest 42, 43 and 44. Perhaps I shall have some luck in gaining entrance to one of these quests!

Heroica RPG - First Anniversary Lottery
The_Customizer replied to Sandy's topic in The Heroica Archive
Shortly after her advanced training, Erdathcath is strolling through the Hall when a random piece of pink paper appears! She reads the information and decides to get in on this "Lottery" whatever that may be. She pulls out another piece of pink paper and writes her name down for her entry. And sends it on its way! -
Indeed, that was one of the best times we ever had in the hall! Now it seems most discussion is in this thread, and just in the quests. Not enough people roleplaying in the hall.
-
Oh, yeah his was with rocks right? I actually just made that up as I was going along, and now I realized that I wasn't the first to have something like that.
-
Erdathcath strolls into the Training Room, after finally deciding the way she wished to continue her role as a Hero of Heroica. "Greetings Mr. Fox. I have come to learn the way of the cleric in order that I may transform myself into a Druid." "Ah! A very good decision, so far there are only 2-3 others who have reached the ability and chosen to become druids." "Well then, where do I begin?" "First off you must grasp for yourself a feeling of Nature as it spins and works its way around you and others." "Hmm, that doesn't seem too hard, already I am quite close with nature and it's children. However, how does that help anything?" "Well, it seems that you have already learned the first step towards being a Druid, though you must now learn the way of the cleric, and discover for yourself the magic that resides inside each and everyone of us, not to mention the ability to manipulate nature and in some cases cheat death of his due." Erdathcath begins her vigorous training, until she feels she is ready for her first use of ether and magic. "Well, here goes nothing!" In a bright flash of light Erdathcath is suddenly able to summon the Roots of Life, and heals all which is damaged, near her. She also is able to seek out the irregularities in the ground, and destroy that which is evil. Suddenly, she herself begins to change and transform, then she screams out! "What is happening? I feel myself becoming one with the earth, though more specifically wood, why do I feel denser? Almost as if I am a.....a...TREE." "NO!! This can't be happening, I have never seen anyone so connected with nature itself, this cannot be good!" Suddenly, the screaming stops, the light dims down, and Erdathcath walks forward. Her face has changed, as has the rest of her skin, she almost appears to be living wood, but not quite, she is more human than wood, slowly she becomes more and more normal appearing, until the changes stop, and she is as she was before, except her complexion is more 'woody'. Almost as if she has a tree inside her. "So, this is what it feels like to be a druid? I can sense the moves in nature, I can understand the talk of beasts, I can sense the sadness in this world. It is almost...too...much." Mr. Fox looks shocked. "Erdathcath! Are you ok? I have never seen anything quite like that, though now it appears that this form is what you were meant to be this whole time. Perhaps you shall bring a balance between nature and man." Erdathcath's training is through, she puts on her robes and departs the Training Rooms, ready for her next adventure. Updated Statistics: Level 16.5 Druid Power: 26 (16+10) Health: 31/31 (23+7+1) Shield Power: - Ether: 17 Gold: 293 Inventory: Tritech Handcannon (WP:10), Longbow (WP:7),Quick bow (WP: 6, Suitable to rangers, provides hastened effect for one round each battle), Helmet (+1 max. health), Snake Eye Charm (protects from petrify), 6 Potions, 2 Grand Potions,3 Mead, 2 Smelling Salts, 1 Nostrums, 12 Venoms, Deadly Venom, 3 Smoke Bombs, 2 Water Bombs, 2 Holy Bomb, Bone, skeleton decoy, Bedroll, Shovel, Pickaxe, Telescope, Saber teeth, Scroll of Weakening, Rusted Knife (WP: 10, Badly Poisoned effect, 1/1 uses left)
-
Wow, all of those sound awesome! I'll definitely have to try to get into that quest.
-
I think the best explanation for that would be the transformation from Human to LEGO. It can often times mess up your reputation, or just start you ground zero like to did for the rest of us.
-
After her quest, Erdathcath realized it was time for some upgrades, and selling some items. "Would anyone be interested in a Quick Bow WP:6, or perhaps you might be interested in a Long Bow WP:7? If you want either one (only 1 will be for sale) just hit me up with a price. Do keep in mind that the Long Bow has received 4 WP upgrades, so that will make it significantly more expensive."
-
Erdathcath struts into the Hall, and lays her bag upon the ground, and takes a seat onto an empty chair. Exhausted, after a journey into nothing-ness, fighting ghosts, and wolves, sitting down in the hall definitely seemed like the best idea, though she knew that soon she would have to choose which path to take in the higher levels of being an Archer.

Heroica RPG - Quest#25: Imbuing the Sword
The_Customizer replied to Bricksandparts's topic in The Heroica Archive
I would have to agree. Though it has been fun, it would be nice to be able to move onto a new quest. BAPs has done a great job, and I understand life is busy, though I would like to be able to move on.
