Yes. Lego after running out of Mearsk blue pieces was gonig to make the set in either dark blue or dark green. They even let us vote on it, dark blue won. So they were about to make a dark plue boat when Mearsk wanted more sets to be made so Mearsk bought Lego the blue they need and made more. These sets were shelved.

The back window is this piece if anyone got concused with my discription. There is also a one plate gap above the window.

The Salamon Pond Mall had the last Fire Station set out about a week before Thanksgiving a few years back. The employees in the store really seemed to know what's gonig on so I don't think it will take until next year to reach CA. And the shipwreck is nowhere. It wasn't in the store when they had all the other sets and it's not on the box that has a small picture of all the sets. Of course "exclusive" now-a-days means that it will only be in TRU and Target and the Lego Stores. They should have made all the teeth glow, they have made small glowing teeth before right?

They weren't there when I looked earlier either.

Vikings... HP. I have others but they look the same as the real thing. Spider-Man, much different than what we got. Not really a prototype of a real set because the real set was never made. Am I the only one that thinks that the prototype sets are better than what we got?

No, but you can try. When I went it seems that they just got the sets in, like that day maybe the day before. They didn't have all the new ones out yet (yellow car). TRU probably will get them December to X-Mas.

Yes there is a "window", it's a clear 1x2 indent piece. It's like the pieces on the sides of the back attachment, but only 1x2. It's there so you can fit the minifig with his hat on.

Thats good because the sets are really nice. Even the ones I didn't buy seemed nice. The big yellow sub looked really cool, I wish I looked at the box longer but I was at the store for more than an hour and there was a birthday party and craziness. :) My only complaint with the line so far is that the base has no roof, but looks like great fun for kids, and the big shark set is $30.

I wish it was trans black like sets from a few years ago windows were. The "medel" in the back of the truck are two stickers. The string seems thick to me, it was harder to tie. The tool tray is justfor looks, I see no need for it, just throw the tools in the back of the truck.

The fire set has a number of 4502940 on the front, but the AR sets don't have that number or any number on the cover.

I think what they do is release them early to the Lego STores and the website so that way they get the new sets out for X-Mas sales. Then after X-Mas release them everywhere.

It has no number on the cover. Where else would the number be?

The fish is dark blue, just a rare color. And the rock is pointless. They should have had a gun or something to shoot the fish or just some extra seaweed and another small fish or old shark.

City Fire 7942- Off-Road Fire Rescue 131 Pieces $9.99 Back of Box... Pieces... Lots of fire fun. Walkie-talkie, flash light, two computers, silver helment, fire mask, cool yellow gun thingie, oxgen tank. Truck... The truck is just the normal design, with a hatch in the back that opens and closes. Nothing we haven't seen before about 10 times in the last few years. The Back... Stores all the stuff, nice, has a hose in the back too. Also has a hatch like the truck. The Overall Set... There is nothing really wrong with the set, but it's not special. Lego does the same design every year and just changes it a little. The hatches on the back are a nice, but when will we get some car doors? I didn't even bother talking about the minifig because it's the minifig that the Fire Keychain is from, nothing special at all. it's a neat set, but there is no thought put into it. If you like a truck or Fire set then buy it. Pieces are nice for Fire too and 131 for $10 isn't bad. Just once again there is nothnig orginal to the set. EDIT: I forgot stickes suck. Interesting that the Shipwreck was not in the store and not on the back of the box, most likely will be an exclusive later in 2007.

Aqua Raiders - 7771 - Angler Ambush Review The Pieces... Nothing hugely special, some gold coins, seaweed and glow in the dark big teeth for the fish. The Fish... The fish is the best part. it's fun little set to biuld that isn't just thrown together. It's a nice biuld. The mouth and tail move. Big teeth glow, the little ones do not. The eyes are printed on. The Mini Sub... Nice little set, nothing really to it. The 7770 set is much better and detailed, but still it's not a bad sub. The Rock The rock thing is the normal Lego design, seaweed, hit the lever and something comes off, gold is inside. The Minifigs The minifigures are all the same design, all have different faces you can see throughout the review. All seem to be from castle sets. Still the minifigs are nothing to complain about. Overall set... The set is ok for $10. The main reason, well the only reason, to buy the set is the cool little fish. You can get a rock and a better sub for $5. The fish seems to be $5-6 and the rock and mini sub would be about $4. If you don't want the fish I wouldn't bother buying the set, just buy the smaller one then. While the fish was really cool I wish Lego would include some old sharks, stingrays, and dolphins just for a different range. No, there is an ad for the SHop at Home Lego Store on the back page. Even the Aqua Raiders don't have the pictures of the other sets, which I think is a bad idea. The big yellow $50 AR sub is cool looking on the Box (no picture). The base is nice for little kids and looks like lots of fun but there is no roof. :lol: I added the review to the town section because the first AR pictures were palced there too. And I don't really need more fire stuff either. But I think it would be cool to have the boat that came with the fire truck a few years ago on on the back of the new pick up truck. I think it would fit better.

The thing near the head? On the box? On the small sub box it says "Go to Lego.com to find out fun facts about ocean life!" On the back fin it says "Sub Deep Diving".

Oh yeah, it is from that Adventure theme. Well you are going to feel even better now! The big blue fish set has two faces I know are from Castle / Viking. The fish is awesome through, and I wouln't say Lego is being cheap, they do have several printed pieces where they could have used stickers.
