No, because of the battle order. If you are first in order and heal him, he'll be healed before the demon strikes. But since he's in the back row, he won't die, and you can go second and heal Benji.

Free hit- you know... no one targeted it in battle, so it gets the first person in battle order. If you are first, he attacks you. If he attacks you, he kills you.

I'd say it take you a turn to pick up a weapon on the ground, so if you are the only one acting, the minion gets a free hit. Monk Pretzel will have to distract it.

I guess you guys have to rely on Monk Pretzel to finish it. I don't see any other options.

I agree. Look under the Elements section, light is effective against the undead, but no element is ineffective against the undead.

Huh? Regular elemental attacks cause normal damage, it's the light attacks that do double. Let me go check the rules more in depth.
