Oh, right. The stats look good, but my refresh is bad.. so... the battle description still says 6 damage, I think.

Alexandre starts to feel guilty as he is wearing armor. But both parties accepted... I attack again from the front. OOC: Shouldn't I have done 7 damage? 14 divided by 2 is 7, since he was in the back. It says 6. Oh well, I guess I'm just kind looney.

I kind of wonder how the heroes don't actually die during these fights.

Alexandre returns again. He upgrades his sword to WP: 6. Then his shield to SP: 6, then SP: 7. 60 + 60 + 70= 190 gold spent.

Speaking of which, anyone want to duel in the arena?

"Hello," Alexandre greets the newcomer. T"here are lots of quest going to Dastan, I'm sure you heard. I'm a Lion Knight supporter. I refuse to go on a quest that fights them. Hopefully I get chosen to fight with them like the last quest I was one. It was fun. And yes, talking to chickens is strange."

Alexandre looks to the side, seeing another hero stand slightly out of the conversation. He recognizes the new hero in Quest 17. "Hello, Helm right?" The knight asks.

I don't mean to be a bother, Sandy! But there's quite a big typo. On the first page of the Hall, it says I completed Quest 17 at level 19. I'm 9.

Alexandre sees, with some alarm, that one of his fellow questers, (Arhtur) is staring at a chicken. "You okay friend?"

"Remember, we're the ones from the town? The Canute Clan set the town on fire, we didn't know what they would do to us. But the Draugr! It was ghastly! It's finishing up talks with a Viking Chieftain!"

Oh, right! :wall: No wonder something seemed fishy.

Or, if I'm more ambitious, I have the money for SP : 22. Just throwing the thought out there. No one could hurt me!

Does anyone think I should upgrade my shield to SP: 10. I'm quite tempted.

Brickdoctor (QM): It was Quest 8 I hosted. And I always keep commitments... watch, next quest I sign up for I have to do something or be gone for a week. I'm not sure I could critique you on much. But like others have said, there was too much time between battles, and that, (to me at least) made me just want to get back to the hall. Also, the lion knight defenders concept wasn't that complicate, it just wasn't that much useful. I felt they were kind of pointless, since we did all the work anyways. Last point is, I'm not sure if you want to save this in the story, but I think the final battle needed to be more dramatic or hard, or both. I would've imagined it as a "300 last Stand," but it seemed like just a regular battle, I would've liked the heroes to be running away into towers to escape some super enemy in tank-like armor lumber after them. I don't think I lost health the entire quest. But great job! No! Don't say that, I just bought an SP: 5 shield! I also have to disagree, that's our purpose, defense. Barbarians are offense, should clerics be nerfed, because they can render virtually any battle won because they can just give everyone health back? Or nerf rangers, who can attack from the safety of only taking half damage? Leave each class the way it is.

Alexandre sell his WP: 3 sword for 15 gold, and buys a SP: 5 shield for 50 gold. 255 + 15= 270. 270 - 50 = TOTAL: 220 gold left.
