  1. It is such a lovely MOC with such a funny Video By the way, the launching mechanism is very inspiring
  2. Maybe you can check this MOC, which has almost the layout of real tanks. Link at Technicbricks: White Tiger Tank
  3. This is a crazy but attractive idea Anyway, I like the very nice but quite expensive tracks.
  4. Thanks for your comment:) Thanks for your comment:) Another photo has just been uploaded to make it clear: as both driving rings are connected with the two 16-tooth gears with clutch on left and right side, the wheels on both sides have to rotate in same rate and direction, which means the differential is locked.
  5. Remote Controlled Technic 8X8 heavy truck with differential locks on all axels. The layout of the MOC is also refered to real structure of MAZ-537. The following functions are realized by RC: Driving, Steering, Lock and unlock differentials, Head lights and tail lights. Other features include: Independent suspension, Two front steering axels with turning rate ratio 5:3, Functional steering wheel, Single propulsion unit made from 4 XL motors, Fake V12 engine. Size: 60(l) X 29(w) X 24(h) Stds Weight: around 2400g PF components: 4 XL motors, 2 M motors, 2 LED sets, 2 IR receivers, 1 battery box. Photos: Video: If you like this MOC, please feel free to support it at Lego CUUSOO via the Link: Technic 8WD Heavy Truck
  6. Actually this is really the most beautiful Lego Tech car I have ever seen.
  7. 100 Tech MOCs, that is a very impressive milestone. Just keep on building
  8. A pretty interesting and challenging topic, looking forward to your progress.
  9. It depends on the phase of the trigger's rotating axel, if you put all triggers at the same phase, you are likely to have fusillade.
  10. Here are a few close photos of the weapon platform, hopefully they are helpful for you.
  11. I'm very glad that you like the MOC! It is less likely that I would provide building instruction, but I could answer your specific questions concerning this model or provide further photos of structures if needed.
  12. Thanks for your comment! Each trigger unit has 4 phases, and the launch system has 2 trigger units, so in total 8 phases are available. Of course you can adjust the phases in your own way and fire all 8 cannons at the same time. If you need, I could take extra photo of the structure later on.
  13. 150 mm Nebelwerfer-Zehnling auf Maultier (Sd.Kfz.4/1) is a German half-tracked multiple rocket launcher system during WWII. The Lego Panzerwerfer includes the following remote controlled features: • Controlled Differential steering for tracks which is connected to front steering, • Front and rear driving axles, • Weapon platform rotation, • Weapon tilt angle adjustment, • Weapon launch. Extra features include: • Individual suspension for all loading wheels of tracks and front wheels, • Functional steering wheel and clutch, • V6 engine connected to front axle, • Adequate off-road performance, • Hoods and rear munitions cabin door can be opened, • LED headlights. Specifications for steering mechanisms: For straight driving as well as minor turning angle of less than 15deg, the rotation rate of left/right tracks is 1:1 and could be slightly adjusted by differential, for radical turning, the controlled differential steering system forces the left/right tracks to rotate at the rate of 1:3 (left turn) and 3:1 (right turn). All performances will be demonstrated in video. Power function components include: 1 battery box, 2 XL-Motors, 3 M-Motors, 2 IR-Receivers and 1 LED set. 14. Sheepo, I think it is time for you to send your C.V to Lego TLG.
  15. Very neat and accurate design, good job
  16. As I am no LDD expert, I took a few photos to illustrate the structure of the shooting function: The shooting units are linked by track and formed a enclosed chain. The chain will be driven by NXT servo-motor. As chain rotates, shooting units will be triggered one by one. Hopefully it is getting clear for you.
  17. Thanks for your comment The idea of the firing mechanism is based on concept of rotary magazine.
  18. A brilliant review of Technic master pieces! Really good job!
  19. I myself didn't realize this! Thanks for pointing out Some cocount crab can be around 10kg heavy and destroy a 100L rubbish bin easily with its powerful claws, but I don't know exactly how much this giant Hermit Crab weigh.
  20. Lego NXT 8-legged Walking Robot with shooting function. Core elements include one NXT brick, three servo motors, one ultrasonic sensor, one light sensor, one sound sensor and ten shooting units. Robot detects obstacle with ultrasonic sensor and determines whether to fire or evade based on width of obstacle. Programming platform is Robotc 2.25. Special thanks for Xander's supports in Robotc!
  21. I like the realistic mechanical design very much, it looks like Ka-50. very nice MOC.
  22. Very compact and decent MOC, I wouldn't be surprised if anyone tells me it's an official set. Respect!
  23. Thanks a lot for your report! I saw a lot brilliant work on BrickCon 2010 but this was definitly the most impressive one.
