Thanx for the compliments. ;-) Will do right away! *y* Phredit: That that was to here. :-$ I'll have to get a membership there first. *y* Partially true 8-| Just wanted to use some extra colors (tan, green, and bleys) that aren't going to be used on my constitution X-D LOL :-D I didn't realize he fell when i took his picture. X-O He has already been reprimanded for drunkenness on duty >:-( P

Here be my first tanks i ever made. Hopefully they look good to yous guys; they look pretty good to me X-D . With Mulberry being so small, therefore few guys, and there seem to be a lot of infantry units out there. I decided to make a few tanks to provide direct support for a variety of EN units. Each of the same tank comes in a completely different camouflage. The tracks used in these three mocs were the same tracks that came with my sand crawler. I used every single piece of track for these tanks. :-D Here's a semi-blurry pic of all three tanks: Each Tank Requires a 3 man crew. A driver in the front, and a gunner and assistant gunner in the turret. Generally the assistant gunner handles the 50 Caliber mounted on each turret and the main gunner is an officer or sergeant. Here's a pic of the turret interior: Here's a pic of the three drivers: There is a bay door on the rear of all three tanks to carry a small squad to the front-lines: The Black and Gray one is to assist a special forces unit, The tan and green one is to assist a regular army unit and the white and grey one is to assist Stauder's Winter forces X-D . Thanx Col. Whipsitck! *y* I'll do best to get wiki links in the flag index. P
-
Sweet! I'll be looking forward to the fries :-D About the Flags, whatever has been done can easily be updated in the index once you make an updated version ;-) (depending on how far get X-D ) Hopefully you can get the edges smoothed out *y* Yes i'm into the war of 1812. Mainly the because it's the first time that our pitifully small navy went went to war against a world superpower. I mainly like to read about the ship combat between "yankee" ships vs. the british ships. P
-
*wub* Thank you Col. :'-) That's awesome! Sorry, I didn't mean to come across as ordering . I just had to say this though X-D (hey can i get a side of fries with my order :-P ) P
-
I knew that the 15 stars and stripes was very short lived. Pretty much only used during the war of 1812 X-D (which is when i'd like to model this Constitution *y* ) I'm really sure i have Adobe 8-| If not, i'm sure my school does. X-D No hurry about the flag though, it's going to be a while before this ship is done ;-) P

Famous explorers/captains and ships between 1450 - 1850
Capn Frank replied to Col. Whipstick's topic in LEGO Pirates
How about Captain David Porter? He was captain of the USS Essex and had taken 13 prizes in one trip X-D Only down side to that voyage was the Essex was lost to larger british frigate and a schooner, 8-| even though most of the crew escaped. He's my one of my favorite US naval captains in the war of 1812. P -
So this means we're going to start seeing some of these great MOCs in actual bricks 8-

Hmm... I dunno which i would prefer *wacko* Heck yes i would! *y* The flag i'd like looks kinda like this one (15 stars and 15 stripes): Here be my BS folder with pics of an HMS Sophie model. Also, Here's a link to the original website those pics are found in and here be a handy little website which shows how the HMS Sophie is comparable to the actual HMS Speedy. X-D The sophie is mostly based off of the HMS Speedy. P

Thanx for the compliments guys *y* Hey i've got those too Yup, they suck |-/ I'd like to finish this ship first *y* X-D I would like to make a ship-of-the-line eventually, but i was thinking of a British 74-gun. i'd really like to build the HMS Sophia next (Captain Jack Aubrey's first command :-) ) The Constitution was considered a super frigate back in the day. It had ship-of-the-line rugged construction with frigate speed. *y* If you compare dimensions of the Constitution with the HMS Victory (a first rate ship-of-the-line) on Wikipedia, the Victory's beam is only 2 m wider, and is only 7.3 m longer than the Constitution. The constitution is pretty close to the same size as 74-gun ship X-D P

Capn Frank replied to Doctor Sinister's topic in Special LEGO Themes
I agree :-) Oh yeah, can i join? :-$ Not sure what to make yet, started on a tank, able to make 2 or 3 or them with the bricks i have probably X-D P -
Probably a couple of years X-O (hopefully not though X-D ) Thanx guys :-)

No problem mate :-) Are their any other pics to add to the photobucket folder? *sweet* P

Yes i am! X-D Thanx iamded :-$ Sweet that you have a Pastor Mike too *sweet* P
-
Eh, Mr. Ruben Are you ok? 8-| Well there hasn't been much progress. |-/ I've been a little sidetracked and i've had to return my constitution book to the library and forgot to order another one from interlibrary loan Well anywayz here be some pics: I got 2 white 16 long 3 mm rigid poles for the bow. :-) Just need 2 more that are 12 or 13 long. Not a very common brick AT ALL |-/ Most of the bricks used to tie the cannons by the gun ports have been placed *y* The poles that "help hold the rigging down" have been placed along where the foremast rigging goes. These poles are really just for display to make this ship look more accurate ;-) And an overview of the whole ship so far. X-D Howz dat fer progress? :-P P
-
That is my whole town :'-( (right now X-D ) P
-
Ya gonna show a pic of what type of guns your tank uses? :'-) P
-
Thanx again for the compliments guys :-$ He uses the sword when he refers to King David of Israel or the armor of God in Ephesians chapter 6 where the Word of God is the sword of the Spirit. Sometimes i get worried when he's wielding it when i'm running power point 8-| P
-
I wasn't able to find your pic folder in imageshack 8-| so i put the pics you posted right into our back up of the indexes X-D So now this fine ship is in the Index of MOC Ships. *y* P
