  1. Mostly I used large bricks for the X3G Zinophole (the big one). The other one was a creation of mine. I thought it was actually quite good. You can find images of the X3G Zinophole at this page. It's a story created by me and so is the spaceship. Sorry that I can't upload a picture but MOCPages isn't working for me and my Wikiablog is a bit glitchy right now. I'll upload a page for the other ship soon. The F5T Red-Wing Fighter can be found here. This is also old, but I like it more than the other one.
  2. Yeah, I "evolved" from that now, but back then it seemed like the greatest thing I had ever made. Now I think it's something else that I'm working on.
  3. Oh yeah, forgot to add: Space is cool. Blacktron is one of it's best factions ever. If combined with Exo-Force mecha, Blacktron would be my favorite theme released by LEGO ever. That's what you have done here. Thus, I love it.
  4. This is another MOC from March-April 2010. I like it, but it's not very creative, mostly using large parts. Still better than I used to be, but not even close to my new creations. The Page at MOCPages (Pictures may not work for some wierd reason) If those images do not work or you want to see more, visit: My Brickipedia Blog (These Images Definitely Work). Here's the overall. Again, I enjoy your comments. Please note that I would prefer it if you avoided a negative comment, as this was from a long time ago. Nowhere near as good as most town buildings I've seen though.
  5. Thank you! I'm glad that you like it. Yeah, I'm testing out building up with my space (to save space my "town" has switched from stairs to teleporters). Mostly "modularish" Space buildings, aka Space Police Base, a Space Zoo administration office, and a intergalactic counsel building (which is small, but it's only a start).
  6. Yea the Town Jr idea would mostly benefit us teen fans of LEGO.
  7. Nice use of background.
  8. Epic is the only word for it.
  9. Yea, I agree. My problem with Castle is that I only have one large castle and a few small sets (only one other building). My goal here was to create a modestly decent castle without using large parts. I love the Alchemist thing myself, but yea, it's a bit surreal because I hadn't finished organizing my LEGO and couldn't find enough of one color. Otherwise the whole thing would havebeen black.
  10. Yeah, I kind of agree. It's rainbow colored because I had already used bricks on my Castle. I liked the water, but I don't have many curved parts as I preferred older sets with blocky shapes. I mostly wanted to see what I could make with a bunch of big parts. (I tried that a second time and got a modestly large castle, yet to be posted). I don't have any other baseplates large enough for this, but I already took this apart so I can't renovate it. Thank you for commenting!
  11. (In the description, when I said "I've never been so good at", I meant I had never been ANY good at building Castles) Hey people! I created a castle a few weeks ago but never posted it. So here it is! The picture is a bit small so that I could upload it. More pictures can be found in my Brickipedia Blog. Technically it is modular, but the two large sections have plates over parts so they are difficult to separate. The parts are: * Alchemist * King's Court * Dwarf Smith * Market Vendor * Training * "Stables" Please comment!
  12. I love Adventurers. I have a thing where when I never plain like something: I either love it or think it's dumb. Thus, my absolute obsession with Adventurers and Space. I also love Island Xtreme Stunts and BIONICLE for the stories. Anyways. Here's the temple. It's a bit playable, true to my love of tooling around with things and making things spin and fall. For more pics, go to my Brickipedia Blog. There are two minifigures: One is meant to be similar to Achu, with a hat like his and a wierd staff. The other is an archer, a forest protector. The forest is filled with dangerous creatures (I had a scene set up where the Crocodile was eating a minifigure and his partner was trying to kill it). Please comment!
  13. I prefer Flesh over Yellow. It looks more realistic.
  14. Hmm, a lot of things: I think some more buildings would be nice, but more like Town Jr. so that they don't cost way too much. Eg: A mini fire station or a small police station for those who can't afford the big ones. Some more restaurants other than pizza would be nice (how about pasta?) A beach scene Replacement of Police, Fire, and a few other themes with new short categories of sets for about 2 years, allowing there to be variety. Examples would be such as: Ice Cream Parlors, Beach, Mall Shops, Street Stands, Kiosks, etc... These would be awesome. But what would really rock would be if it were all 10% cheaper.
  15. Oh, I just remembered: LEGO released Kingdoms as subtheme intentionally returning to a similar style as old Castle with little in the way of Magic and unrealism.
  16. Probably a small role. Examples of magic/paranormal: * Unicorns * A wizard * Baby Dragon So far, no where near as much as Castle (2007) or Knights' Kingdom II, but certainly more than previous themes.
  17. I am completely in awe. I never could make a decent City myself. Where do all of those parts come from? There aren't that many on Bricklink. Do you work for LEGO and get free parts?
  18. Manga: Ones in Shonen Jump (Naruto, Bleach, Ultimo, One Piece), Bobobo, Dragon Ball and Dragonball Z, Rorouni Kenshin, a few others Cartoons: Pearls before Swine
  19. The reason is that information given to them by LEGO can't be posted for 15 years.
  20. Brickipedia isn't the source for this. The source is Gladiatoring. Highly trusted. He explained it's many details to me. Trust me, it's real. Also, Wikis are great sources. Brickipedia has a good portion of serious editors who eliminate spam.
  21. Yes, I know. But it's true. If you are on the Brickipedia IRC Channel and you see Glad (User:Gladiatoring on Brickipedia) he can tell you all about it. He has edited the wiki and added a lot of info about older sets not found on many sites.
  22. I know that. It's special though: you really could contact their treasurer and bargain for a small share BUT LEGO closed it down after a bit. Not a lot of people have these shares, that's why it's not well known.
  23. I do not have any LEGO Shares, but I know that it is real. Once upon a time, you could contact the Treasurer and bargain for shares. These shares would give many priveleges, such as free entry to LEGO Theme parks, half off at Hotels, and being mailed many LEGO Catalogs and items, such as info pamphlets and retailer catalogs. (I know this from an adult friend of mine). I was wondering if there are any AFOLs here who happen to have LEGO stock and if so, is there any important info that they have about LEGO which they could share here?
  24. Wow, what a great tribute. Instead of making them all smaller like LEGO did <grimaces>, you made them larger! Great job!
