I am just blown away by this model! I can't describe how awesome this is, it must've taken a while, right? This is awesome!

If the red team is for speed, it explains the speeder, and as for the reason that Billy is a alone is that poor Billy is assigned to gurilla warfare. (If you don't know what that is look it up.)

The Zombies here are amazing! I especillay like how you represented the Infected Humans. Also, look up Call Of The Dead. You'll like that. Poor Timmy, he should have a Safety Torch!

I'm beginning to join the campaign, Billy deserves some attention,For a couple of reasons. 1. red is my favorite color. 2. Billy is a cliche rookie name, this might be why hes a throwaway. 3. putting a basis on 2 is the fact that while others look like hardened veterans, Billy looks young.

WTF? The english descriptions call the aliens buggoids and mostitoids! HOW THE... Anyway, these sets look far better in these pictures than the ones we had before. I am amazed with the red robot, but the head piece is nothing new. (This is what happens when you obsessivly pour over priliminaries for hours on end.)

Has anyone noticed that the cockpit on the swarm interceptor is a new piece? If you look closly, the cockpit opens, and this is accomplished by attaching the cockpit with clips instead of the old stud piece

Those figs are definitly going to my Seldaan Villige board. they are just perfect!

Well we got MSRp a while ago and the bug oblitorator was set to be 69:99.

This is amazing! I love the bone-like look of the white pieces, and the whole overall feel is very organic.

The human vehicles are awesome! I'm especially impressed with the 70701. We havn't had a decent stand-alone starfighter since space police! (The Vic-viper didn't count. it was in a rather large, expensive set.) The aliens, as someone metioned above, are badly ountgunned, but the sets seem like they were made for army building. my thoughts on the red robot: LEGO definitly spoofed here, that has got to be the ugliest figure in the theme. The human set are rather good, but is that mobile lab the green set? The robot is good, the truck, not so much. Overall, the human sets are well built, but the alien sets look almost like they were made to be huge machines and then they tacked the aliens on as pilots.

The man in the cocoon on the bug oblitorator IS wearing a respirator! Its hard to see, but its on him.

After reading this through, I've come to the conclusion that the set we're seeing here is the biggest one. The Commando shuttle mentions an orange team, so this must be the commando shuttle. Information known about the Commando shuttle so far: It will cost $69:99 USD Its orange It has three minifigures.

I play halo as a hardcore player, but I havnen't been watching FuD because I bought the limited and intend to watch the extened edition. P.S What difficulty are you guys going to play on the first time through? I'll probaly play it on Heroic

I am excited for this if it turns out to be true, as it turns out though, my dream of it wasn't entirely correct, was it? They aren't miners based on what we know, but maybe the color scheme will stay. I don't know why, but the last dream recently, was a space one, Miners with a yellow and purple color scheme fighting cyborg alien blacktron things. I only saw one set, the small one, the miner had a small speeder, reminiscent of the classic space ones. and the miner, he was yellow with purple arms. And don't forget that there were two sets in a picture of alien conquest that were never released, maybe the design will be recycled?

I only got one misprint, one of the zombies has his pupils reversed! I think it makes him look more menacing for some reason. I believe Lego will give you new microfigures if you're kind and explain the situation.

We thought we beat them... thought they were gone forever... assured ourselves we could beat them IF they came back... That the small amount of scavenged tech was enough... But what if its not? Just something I made up in hopes of another year of alien invasion!

I know it came later than I thought, but after playing Ilrion a bit, I honestly like the way it plays. The main configuration is my favorite, as you can fight the vampire lord and bat, and use the fang of fury before ending the game. The king is the first friendly NPC in Heroica. I am ready to take pictures of the figures if anyone asks. PS: Does anyone think Heroica boards could make 10,000 supporters on Cuusoo? EDIT: Anyone who wants Nathuz should know, its on sale at Lego.com for 15 US dollars!

I have decided to add chapter 1, as the other chapter 1 is now a prologue, no, all of the names in this are completely random. CHAPTER 1 AWAKENING As the Individual came to consciousness, he came slowly, he didn’t remember anything, images flashed in his mind, too fast to make out, too slow to leave after-images. He tried to think, to remember, but he couldn’t remember anything, he knew words, and pain. His whole body ached, but his real pain was on his chest, it felt numb and sharp at the same time. Feeling came back to him, and he suddenly found it hard to breathe. He found the strength to lift his head off the ground; he looked around, and then spat out a clump of wet ash, coughing and trying to get a bad taste out of his mouth. After he cleared the taste, he looked around, trying to remember who he was, where he was, and what he was doing. Nothing came to mind, so he stayed in his position, finding it oddly comfortable. He laid there, and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Different noises slowly came into existence, An odd flapping noise, and more distant, a low rumble, and nearby that, but off to the left, was a high-pitched whine. The flapping soon became apparent; a large blue bird came to rest in front of him, staying out of arms reach. The bird was a dark blue, with black talons and a hooked beak of the same color. It had a ring of yellow around it eyes and more yellow behind the lower beak, the feathers underneath its wings were black. Its tail made up about half the body, and it was big. “Hello.” It croaked, sounding somewhat human. “Hello, birdie.” He said, hoping that the bird wasn’t going to tear his eyes out. The stranger lifted his wings and flicked them, seeming annoyed. “That is an incorrect term, technically, I am a Hyacinth Macaw, do you remember me Wilhelm?” “My name is Wilhelm?” the human asked, he now knew his name, but was still confused. How had he got here? Where was he? And most importantly, what had happened? How was this bird speaking without opening his beak? Was it telepathy? He decided he ask this being later. “Yes, I am Scooby, what do you remember?” Scooby asked, he had a voice that indicated pride and dignity. “Nothing, all I remember is blackness.” Wilhelm replied. “Ah, Excellent! You see, you and I were very close before the event, so I can give you memories, but you have to work for them. You see, the Farlanders have captured my mate, and I require your assistance.” “My assistance?” Wilhelm asked. “Yes, I’m not much of a fighter, but you can wield weapons and fight, I’ll also tell you the location of the closest Sanctuary, and I will even travel there with you after my mate has been freed.” “And if I refuse?” Wilhelm asked. “Listen, and what you hear will happen to you.” Scooby said, obviously annoyed. Wilhelm listened; the whine and rumble were on top of each other now. The rumble cut off, and Wilhelm heard rapid thumps, he realized those were gunshots. A scream cut through the air, and a louder, more rapid, shooting began. All the shots were almost on top of each other, and the screaming got louder. When the screams cut out entirely, Wilhelm was already on his feet, stumbling away from the noises. “We need to get moving, that drone will alert others, and soon, more drones will arrive.” Drones?” he asked “From the cell.” Scooby said.

Maybe, If thats what we want, Maybe we could see The Rift as a possible set. It's mentioned vaguely in the goblin kings and werewolves profiles, I'm envisioning a dark place full of lightning and swarming with monsters, as a 50-dollar mega-set it would work quite well.

I'll be picking up Ilrion tomorrow, and I willing to to take pictures. (WARNING: pictures will not be of very good quality.) the sage and princes powers sound like overkill, don't you need to roll shield? I'm going to be changing it so it costs one HP to use their powers. other than that, a boss with a health bar, an interesting relic, and a king that does absolutely nothing at all, this is a great game. PS: didn't Lego say that this was our year for Heroica sets?
