I'd vote the SES because: It has 4 cannons and a monkey X-D, the lifeboat is easily accessed...Wait that'd mean the BSB is better because they're scaredy cats and need a lifebot.:-P And it's not too visible on a foggy night. It's the only one I've seen.My friend got it for free because he was supposed to build it for a school or something but he just kept it for himself.

I'd say the model box is a real painting :-P I like it and the 2 redcoats wthout redcoats could be Captains, or Generals or somethin'. Why have all these paintings suddenly come up?

On a side note, I've seen other sets by this company that have disgusting coloured minifigs. But from what I've seen only 1 fake pirate one has.....

yeh, fake sets always appear to have shiny, unique weapons. I saw a different one with a chrome flintlock pistol!

Would you buy a pirate copied Lego Pirate ship? If you couldn't get the sets anywhere else? I saw in the newsagent near my house they had a ship. It was 26.00 euros. Would you get it or pass? I made it in school from a picture of the guy in Halo. My friend who likes that game laughed at it. I didn't think It'd get much praise here! I thought it would be more critism. 8-
