You sir have cornered the PoP MOCing market! It is a brilliant resemblence to the Syrian fortress? in your pic thread. & your gate fits perfectly with your new MOC. Please continue to share your PoP MOC's and keep up the good work!!
-
A unique and inventive design to continue you Zodiac MOC's Rook. I am once again impressed with your building tenique. Oh and what's the Gemini sign mean? This is by far the most naughty MOC I have seen!!
-
Glad brickfoot bumped this! One of my favorite scenes in all the Star Wars films! An absolutely beautiful MOC that you can tell had a lot of heart and soul put into it. I bow to you sir for your dedication and attention to detail. I hope you keep it together forever!
-
Awe inspiring MOC! The pics look great but I would have loved to see this in person! An iconic moment in Star Wars captured wonderfully in Lego. The greebling on the walls is great and I love the bridge! Oh and your son is a pretty cool MOC too.
-
You know Big Cam the whole afol robot future thing kinda really makes sense!! Just another brilliant MOC from Eurobrick's resident Star Wars enthusiast! The buildings are beautiful & I am once again in awe of your skills sir! Please keep providing us Star Wars lovers more of these movie moments!
-
Wow. That's all I can say is wow. If these are your MOC's from years back I can't wait to see what you have in store for us in the future!
-
These are great renditions of theJSF KielDaMan! I really enjoyed looking through your collection. One thing I would like to see on these is some sort of release mechanism for the droids. I love the accuracy overall and think that Lego could take some pointers from your MOC's. Make some more when you get a better look at Mace Windu's and I think a JSF for Aalya Secura in the summer would be pretty cool as well!

An absolutely brilliant MOC and tribute to one helluva artist - would love to see the full tribute.

This is a great MOC! I love the use of snot and I feel this is a very original looking starship! My one grip is the missiles. IMO it draws the eyes away from the build right to them. Otherwise, like I said it is really nice build.

Another great "Fight for the Dagger" MOD/MOC! I am definitely gonna have to get to work on MODding mine!
-
Well clearly that second job thing is going to be a must because this is a must buy for me! Actually most every Star Wars set that is released is a must buy for me. I am sooooo weak! I need help!!!!! Is there a legohaulics anonymous?! Anyway thanks for the clear pics. Great minifig selection and a much cheaper set than the CTT if you want a Cad Bane. The speeder is also much better than I and most others expected.

Another brilliant MOC from you, sir. I must admit I am a fan of all your work and I very much hope there is a lot more to come!

Great 1st review on a "set" I have not seen! Personally I feel this set is a waste. I am not a big fan of the Assassin Droid battle pack (save the crome) and to me it does not make sense to put phase 1 Clone Wars clones in the same box with a phase 2 clone. I understand that Lego is passing the SS set as a "Clone Wars" set but I don't think they are fooling anyone - unless of course they plan on releasing more sets with the phase 2's. Big ups for the Barriss Offee fig though & with Aalya being released this summer I hope it means more jedi are on the way!
-
Great MOC! This looks like it should be on the back of the box as an alt. build! Makes me want to break down my "Fight for the Dagger" and see what I can come up with!

A great review that I had forgotten to comment on! I feel that this set is a must buy because the new Boba, Han and Bossk figs are incredible (yes I even like the new carbonite piece) and while the Slave 1 is basically a remake of 6209 it is still a great design save the cockpit. Besides, maybe the new carbonite and Han can be used if we get the Cloud City remake we all want!
-
Sorry to continue this topic but I really like this set. I was one of the first two I bought (the other being Slave 1) when I came out of I have read people call my "dark age". I love the fig selection (a great first set to buy because of how many unecssary minifigs there were) and I think it is a pretty accurate representation, save a few things. I like this set so much that I might have to buy a second while they are still on the shelves!

Entry #2 - Dastan roll up on Tamina proud as a parrot after being a special guest on the much loved program "Pimp my Bird"

Tamina to Dastan - "So is that a parrot in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?" Sorry I had to give this a go.

Review (Picture and Video) 8093 Plo Koon's Starfighter
Smack replied to ReZourceman's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Well it looks like I might have to get a second job! This is another must have for me as I do not have a Plo. The stickers are kind of a turn off but I still like the overall design and colors of the fighter. Won't be using the lightsaber holder on the side of the cockpit, however. Thanks for the video and review! -
I %100 agree with you sir. Playability is an absolute must IMO. Having a ship or set is great, but to see the innerworkings and the whys that make a ship or set work is part of the enjoyment that is Lego. Also having things be almost or completely minifig scale is of the utmost importance. I believe George Lucas himself wanted people to see the small little parts and pieces that made up his galaxy (the Death Star comes to mind). You do great work and I am happy to say that I am part of a forum you and the other great builders on this site are in. Keep up the fantastic MOCing!
-
Another Brilliant MOC from a brilliant builder! I must say I am a huge mark for your work. I have looked at more than one LSW forum and I always look to see if you have put up any new MOC's. You should see if Lego is hiring designers because they could do far worse than to give you a job. Ok I have to stop with the complements cause everyone might think I have a man-crush on you! Please keep a sub par MOCer's hopes up to get better!

Thanks for the review! IMO this set is a must have if only to complete a system type diorama. I love the Hoth Luke & I have always been a fan of the snowspeeder. The Wampa while cartoonyish is still a great addition for any collector and is (again IMO) an iconic part of the OT. & can you ever really have too many Zev Senesca's? I think not!

Just got back from my local Toy's R Us & they were having a 25% off on most of the PoP sets! I purchased the Battle of Alamut set (with a $10 off $50 purchase) for a grand total fo$49.99!!! (plus tax of course). 821 pieces for $50!!!! Needless to say I am very happy I went to TRU today. Do not have any info on how long this lasts or if it is in the U.S. only or in other parts of the world but I did want to give everyone a heads up! Hope I put this in the right part of the forum!
-
My opinion always changes after I see someone's review! With another Cad Bane set coming out I thought I might be able to live without Aalya, but I must have been fooling myself. The AT-RT is great (& looks like it could be copied ) & as I didn't get the first Juggernaut, I suppose I will be getting this one. Thanks for the review!

I just received the new 2010 sets from Amazon.fr
Smack replied to willybob's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Well I for one am extremely jealous! I'm not sure how long I can wait for these sets to be released! Might be a stupid question but will Amazon France deliver to the U.S.? I am jonesing for at least one of the summer sets!!! (Slave 1 please)
