Thorne: "Begin log entry."

Computer: "Recording..."

Thorne: "Maintenance Log for Viper MkII Serial Number zero four dash niner seven two. Cheif Tech Katya Thorne reporting."

Thorne: "Primary systems diagnostic completed including weapons recalibration. Minor anomaly detected in primary radar system; possible this is the cause of headaches recorded by pilot Moose. Plan to download neural scans and cross-compare to confirm and determine necessary adjustments."

Computer: "Downloading neural scan...."

Computer: "Analysing..."

Moose: "Boo!"

Thorne: "Ahh!"

Thorne: "Moose, how many times? Stop sneaking up on me this is important work!"

Moose: "Sorry, can't resist."

Thorne: "Yeah, well if I screw this up it's your brain not mine..."

Moose: "You're always looking into my mind..."

Thorne: "Only because its so impressively empty, like the Mega Canyon back on Torresta!"

Computer: "Analysis complete, cortex error identified, printing recommended adjustments..."

Thorne: "Actually, there is something there after all.... Since you're here you might as well help out."

Moose: "So what are we doing?"

Thorne: "I'm adjusting the secondary cortex buffer to ensure the radar system interfaces correctly with your visual system. You appear to be lying on the floor being of little use. Now pass me the laser callipers."

Moose: "Helping!"

Thorne: "Ok, all done. Step back and we'll send her back out to the hangar deck."

....clunk....whirrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr....clunk....cliclacliclacliclac.....

Thorne: "That should hopefully fix your headache issue. If not at least you'll be able to shoot a little straighter."

Moose: "Thanks, how about we grab dinner? I'm off duty and you appear to be finished here."

Thorne: "....Moose, I'm..."

Tannoy: "Alert! Code Alpha! All pilots to combat stations. Multiple unidentified ships converging on our position. Immediate launch and intercept."

Moose: "Dammit! Duty calls... save me some Larvae I'll be back for Breakfast!"

A brief dash down several corridors later....

Computer: "Uplink initialising"

Moose: "Unggghhh..."

Moose: "Control, this is Moose, I'm back out in the black. Proceeding to target."

An early post this week as I'm away over the weekend. Still playing with the details of the MSS Titan and her complement of combat drones.

Some additional details of the maintenance bay:

The entrance,some spares crates and the main bay door. This would open onto the hangar deck where the drones are usually stored.

A missile storage rack and the control system for the overhead crane.

Very cool. So much to like about your build. The drone is very cool. The hanger details are great. I like the rockets on the wall. It is also neat how the drones wings fold to get through the door. Poor moose can't get a date. Great build!
