  2. Hi everyone! I want to present you Black Interceptor. This Wounded Beast is published in cooperation with Nikolay Gamurar (FX6000/NikolayFX) and Mikhail Biktimirov. The Last of the V8 Interceptors, also known as a "Pursuit Special", is driven by Maxwell "Mad Max" Rockatansky at the end of Mad Max and for the first half of Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior. It is based on an Australian built 1973 Ford Falcon XB GT Hardtop, which was heavily modified to become a police interceptor by the Main Force Patrol. The third and the shortest appearance of the car was in Mad Max: Fury Road which was the inspiration for the Lego version of the legend. At first, Mikhail introduced it on social media vk.com for the LEGENDARY CARS FROM LEGENDARY MOVIES contest in the independent community "AHD Motors" Russia. I immediately fell in love in this creation and decided to modify it to better match the third version from Fury Road with the help of Mikhail. We have spent a lot of time: Mikhail on the design and me on modifications of the model and creation of the instructions. Hope you will enjoy the build and the actual model. Building instructions consist of 222 pages with highly detailed 412 steps. Thank you for your support and likes! 3. In the era of dust, sand and rust there is no place for shiny and glossy supercars, decorated with chrome, carbon fiber and aluminum. Only one thing matters - durability. Any large enough scrap of metal that you find in the wasteland can harden your car and give you a few more minutes of life. But some cars, assembled from bits and pieces in garbage pits, still remain a work of art, reminiscent of a past life. I'm glad to present you my new mod of Madoka's Icarus supercar. Driven with 2x buggy-motors, it has minimal chassis changes, except upside-down portal hubs on rear axle. Model utilize about 10 metallic and pearl colors plus some unusual for Technic series, like tan and reddish brown And here is comparison with original model made by @Madoca 1977 You can see full gallery here https://www.flickr.com/gp/137959755@N06/9jcP0Z I'll try to make some video in "desert" for fun, but don't sure about how soon it will happen. Hope you enjoy my mod! I will be glad to hear comments and suggestions about model!

    [Moc] Wasteland Roamer

My take on what I might ride hence I would survive the apocalypse.. =) Most of the time I try to create builds that are somewhat stylistically pure in its asthetics. I'm very fussy about the correct colors for all the parts as I dont want the wrong areas fo the bike(usually) to stand out and attract attention from the details I want to highlight. You may have noticed that I took another route this time...=) To be able to make the bike look a bit ragged I've put alot of effort to find parts in; old grey, dark grey and brown and mixing them up with the newer colors. Sand green happens to be one of my favourite colors and I think it goes well with the rest! When I saw the shoulder piece from the new Star Wars figures I immediately new that I would like to us it as a housing for the headlamp. Finding the right technique to get it in place wasn't easy though... The engine is a parallell-twin with turbo and intercooler. Somekind of injectible gas/liquid (what might it be in the post-apocalyptic world?) container is also added for increased performance when needed! (I noticed when editing the pictures that the relief valve is a bit twisted though - bummer!) An extra petrol tank could also come in handy - dont you think? In the lst pictures I've added some other bits and bobs for surviving in the wasteland.. See you on the other side...;) You can find all of the images on my Flickr: https://www.flickr.c.../107288644@N07/
