Wow its amazing! I hope I get the chance to visit it sometimes in the future.

I'm amazed by 2 licensed sets but I can afford only one of them:
10237 LoTR Tower of Orthanc pros: the tower itself is beautiful with lots of details, nice figs/ cons: the ent (I hate that it doesn't have knees), not enoguh figs
or
10236 SW Ewok village pros:dozens of great figs, great features, looks awesome / cons: the tower of Orthanc is great too:D, the price/value is worse than the 10237 and there are some minor issues with the detailes on the treehouses
I'm a SW fan but I am amazed by the tower
What do you think?

If you have questions concerning what set to buy, I advise you to look in this topic:
How could I forgot about this:D
Thanks.

I'm really excited about this set, although I haven't had a set with that price tag, I really want to put my hand on one of these. It's a tough choice too, now that the Ewok village is presented, I am not so certain that I want this instead of EV. This is a magnificent build, and as some complain about it being too black I think it's very gorgeus in it's dark glory, the figs are very nice, Saruman is my favorite from the lineup but for a price so high they should've added at least 2 more figs. And we get an ent too which suffers from the usual "kneeless" effect, which is one of the most irritating for me, anyway it looks good ans has some clever details.
What do you think should I get this if I have the opportunity or the Ewok village? I'm not a big LoTR fan (It doesn't mean that I dont like it, but SW is my weakness ) , but this set is just too fantastic.

This set is too awesome to pass up! Although I won't have enough money for it beside the Defender, I think every SW fan that can afford it should get this magnificent set. The trees and every plant detail is really make the treehouses look like real plants (as it can be). The figs are superb too, although a new Han with his Endor coat and printed legs for the snowtroopers would have been better. I really like the new Leia, although her skirt looks strange on the pics but in the designer video its okay. Its good to see that this set turned out so great, when I heard that there will be an ewok village, I thought that okay I can live without it, but seeing these awesome pictures... wicked set for sure.

Nice, I really like your elf figure!

It's not an official one, it's made by Brickforge:
Thank you very much!

1. Arkham Asylum - i think it's obvious
2. Arctic chase - Great figs, vehicle, value
3. Quinjet - Imressive plane with great figs
-
This is wonderful! You really captured the shape of the real one and there are very clever techniques!
One question: Which set includes the little scooter, I think I haven't seen that since now?
-
Wow that is enormous! There is so many great details and not the least the photos are great. I really like the round building in the forest and the huge ship. I don't want to be cocky but why do the train have to circle around? Anyway this is an awesome layout, congratulations!

I think a new Nightwing would be awesome
and then:
Marvel
-Mysterio
-Fantastic Four
-Whiplash
-the main X-man characters
-Daredevil
DC comics
-The Watchmen guys with Archie
-
My favorites are:
1. Poison Ivy
2. Iron Man "Heartbreaker" suit
3. TDKR Batman
4. Mr. Freeze
5. Superman (new from Man of steel)
6. Joker (both prison and suit version)
7. Aquaman
8. Loki
9. General Zod (with armor)
10. Deadpool
I like DC superheroes more, but that heartbreaker iron man is too awesome:D

Great review! As an adult man I'm not a fan of this theme but I have to say that this ship is really impressive! Lot of details and accessories, moreover the ship itself is really awesome. I really like the big white hull pieces (I already see the ship MOCers building beautiful white sailing-ships). Also the insides are chock full of lovely furnitures. Very good set.

The best thing in this set is the Heartbreaker armor. I think mandarin's dodgem is the worst model in the lego superhero theme, If I ever buy this set, that will be for the figs for sure

One of my favorite episode from ther old CW series. I really like the clone with the 4 barrel gun!
-
I was really going to get the official one, but now i checked yours and its light years better than the official version. Really great details and interior design, also the curve under the cockpit is way more accurate than on the soon-to-be released model. Congrats! Also the BP clone armor is really looks great on the Jedi.
I'm jelaous

Oh I hated this arc so much, but the idea of the D-squad is neat,
Its a shame there isnt an astro droid body in orange for U9-C4. Also a dark red body would fit QT better IMO. Gascon is really sweet, clever use of the cherries there! I'm liking this MOC really, I secretly hope Lego one day might release the D-Squad

Really beautiful Church!!! With all the surroundings it makes a beautiful display, congratulations!
-
The "New and Hard to Find" tag is referring to the Mirialan, the Zabrak, and the Sith. Not the trooper.
I just figured it out sorry
-
Finally the Defender!!! Im in love It looks beautiful, as a big TOR fan I'll definetely get it.
The new sith warrior is awesome! The consular is a great fig too, The Zabrak's face although looks a bit weird but his armour is nice. It's a little shame that the 4th fig is not new, but another sith trooper is always good in the army.
The ship itself is very nice, also looking at the pictures I'm curious how the figs fit in the cocpit. Also one more negative point is that the cocpit is open on the back, but looking at the bright side they don't need an air conditioner. Anyway the ship is gorgeus and I have to say it's one of my favorite ships from TOR.

Wow! There is a lot of action going on there! All those lovely details, excellent work!

Thanks for the review! I just bought it and it's a really cool little bug ship. I like the colors and the shape of the swarmer. The buggoid fig is awesome too, much better than the insectoids, but the robot sidekick is nothing special, IMO this robot is the weakest from the GS theme. My only concern with the vehicle is that the legs are very weak and sometimes they can't hold the weight of the ship.

At first I couldn't believe my eyes. This is soo awesome. Congratulations, this mech looks really cool and if I were it's enemy, I would've just peed my pants
-
I'm not a fan of this set but I really enjoyed your review . My concern with the set is the "new tradition" in Lego sets, that they don't make knee joints for mechs. The lack of it makes all mech look dumb and less poseable. Also with the little jet removed the robot looks really weird. Anyway I really like the bugs with the simply clever new pod technic.
I may get one for modding because I see potential in the set.
Thanks for the review!!!
Which set should I buy?

Your first sentence just tells everything that's in my mind:D Im going for the tower, because I want a good display model, as you said its base is much smaller than the village and I'm lack of free space on the shelves at the time. And my strongest reason: I'd rather command an army of Uruk Hai than get cooked by a bunch of teddybears
Thanks for the advices and suggestions guys!
