I hate to be negative but I think you will be waiting a long while to get rid of those classic space figs with helmets missing, pretty average quality and mix and match parts. You'd be better off putting up a pic of your R2, batman and viking figs and it might hewlp if yo ualso ask what sort of stuff you're looking for.

I have a catalogue for Australia and this set is in it, apparently available in November as an exclusive to one shop but it didn't say which shop.

I like the surveillance truck, I'm a fan of any vehicle you can open up and play with on the inside, kind of reminds me of my old classic space 6927 set in that way (not that they look at all alike)

OK, this is pure conjecture, but usually when naming space sets if they include a year, they make it futuristic. However with 2001 listed here, perhaps they have something to do with 2001: A Space Odyssey, I'd buy them if they were.

I've actually seen it in the stationery section of k-mart, you can get stransparent plastic or plain white paper. Office Works probably also stock the same sort of stuff.

Definitely grab the arkham asylum, it has some great details in it. I paid full retail price for it and am more than happy with it.

Sick of being the butt of all the other classic space minifigs' jokes about being cheap and common, the yellow space men have decided to split from their comrades. Now they have stolen the plans of many of the most famous classic space sets and given them to their new allies, the Blacktron 1 space men. If you're talking about some of the decorated parts, they're not available in black, I got some top quality stickers to use for all the classic space logos and LLxxx bricks, but all the other decorated parts are official lego bricks.

Well one sold for $250 and only had 11 hits before it sold, plus it already had an offer near $200, so it looks like $250+ is the going rate.
