Right, but that doesn't mean the 'bizzare guy' is a costume guy
Also, I just realized that the silhouette guy has a cape, which means it's probably not One man band. Most likely Highwayman like we initially thought.

Are you talking about this?
On 14.12.2016. at 8:03 AM, The lego fan said:I'm guessing no13 is some realy random object suite guy as someone already confirmed 3 total suites in this series including the butterfly. Sounds interesting!
Itaria already confirmed no firefighters on page 7.
The lego fan.
To which Itaria replied: "Exactly. I'm impressed." I think you misunderstood him there. He probably referred to the latter part of your message when you pointed out that he already said there were no firefighters, yet people started speculating about firefighters after that. "Exactly" = I already said there's no firefighter. "I'm impressed" = I'm impressed because people keep talking about firefighters although I confirmed there won't be firefighters.
Is that right Itaria?

That mayo and ketchup dripping animation is simply amazing, I had to re-watch it to be sure those were actual Lego parts.

2 hours ago, Exetrius said:Something came to mind when imagining what a One man band could be like.. Anyone remember Friendly Felix, from LEGO Universe?
Something such as that would be way too many parts for CMF standards. Well, any decent one man band would require more parts than usual. If there is one in S17 then he probably has only two instruments.
Also, while there isn't anything that directly hints at One man band from Itaria's hint list, he could be the mysterious silhouette guy. The triangular hat is common for one man bands and that piece that is visibly attached on his neck could be for something that goes over his neck in front of him such as accordion like gedren_y said or something that is on his back, and that way he could hold a guitar or another instrument in his hands.

You know when there's a discussion about how many minifigure series there are, and that they will never stop, so someone starts joking about minifigures that will be in series 40? Remote control suit guy sounds like one of those jokes.
However it isn't unlikely. Remote is vertical, simple, and an everyday object and I can see why Lego would do that. Actually I've seen a phone suit guy in movies and ads more than once, I can imagine why a remote suit guy would exist in both real life and Lego. Though at this point I think they don't even care if the suit doesn't makes sense, if it looks cool.
But it's indeed bizzare when you first think about it, and I can see why Itaria would think the price will skyrocket. The only problem now is that it doesn't match any hinted letters if the remote is telecomando, but since he said he pasted it into google translate (and since google translate is often terrible) maybe it translated into 'remoto' and he didn't even notice while shortening it to letters. although he's Italian.
But then again, why would he use google translate for his own language? I still think that it might not be Italian.

I don't like The Last of Us at all and all enviroments in the game were repetitive and boring. But this is fantastic, made in Lego it's most certainly not boring. This is one of the most realistic and best things I've seen on EB. Great job!

Whoa, wasn't even aware that piece existed. Now it's one of my favorite new pieces.

I do. I wrote that in my first speculation post . Referring to this:
"Hello, I am a character and my presence here is related to a new minifigure accessory that has been released in 2016"
I know it sounds odd, but I'm talking about an actual baby minifigure.

The lego fan
I was talking about this,
13) Hello, I am a guy and this is totally bizarre. Really, nobody would have thought that I would have ever been a minifigure. And my price will sky-rocket. At least this is what Shintaku thinks.
But just now I realized "I am a guy" is there, so yeah, no female Yeti this time.

16 hours ago, gedren_y said:Yeti female? Plausible. But not 80's specific.
Why would it have to be 80's specific?

So what exactly is Fun at the beach? Just a beach with little builds and many minifgures, aka "City people pack" like the park set?
-
Y could be a female Yeti. That would be something "bizzare" that "nobody thought would be made" like Itaria described it.

I'm not Australian, but what's the reason Australians get the movie so late? Not only for this but all movies, it seems (although the release date of this one is exceptionally late).
-
Nobody saw it coming, but it's a good idea. I like how it looks, and hopefully the green head is only placeholder.
-
That's true, but really they look nearly identical.

Yes, nobody ever called you a liar or doubted you, but thanks for keeping the game alive.
For people above, he is Italian, but it's probably not Italian language.

Why would he need google translate for his own language?

Yeah, that's what I meant when I said the action is worse.

7 hours ago, makoy said:-- @Cagast It's possible that your memory betrays you because I watch every episodes of Ninjago in HD and they have a respectable amount of details (effects, particles, texture, etc) in each season. I cannot recall that I ever notice this emptiness in the animation that you mentioned. There isn't much battle happening yet so it's also hard to judge the peak of the seaon. Usually you'll get them towards the 2nd half or near the end. Not all episodes are created equally.
To further counterpoint your argument on "emptiness" just watch the intro for this season and you can see for yourself that it has a lot of things happening with the slow mo effect.
I thought it was about memory as well, but I directly compared the new season with old episodes, and old episodes still look better. 'Emptiness' is not the only bad thing, it's the overall feel of an episode. Rehashed enviroments, lighting, pace, flow of the action... I think it's because they can't keep the show fresh, it's getting tiring. The Ninjago movie will probably save this theme from becoming repetitive.
-
I don't know why, but these recently leaked episodes appear to be overall 'emptier' and worse than previous Ninjago episodes. I thought it was because last time I saw anything Ninjago related was a year ago (I watched only cam job of days of departed), but I compared it to earlier seasons like Possessed, TOE and even Rebooted, and these new episodes seem to be much less creative with enviroments, battles, and the way pretty much everything is presented. Maybe only the writing is better but I can't judge now when there are only Russian and Dutch versions available. Am I the only one who thinks this?
Also, on a completely unrelated note, I wonder why nobody abbreviates Ninjago to NGO, or MOS or something.
-
Am I the only one who thought this was Vitroleum at first look? Anyway, that's a good thing, great build. Although I would make him fatter.

10 hours ago, gedren_y said:The goat has a complicated overmold and printing, so I don't see it happening in CMF. The sheep, on the other hand, should be a single overmold and just eye printing. We have already seen the design in digital format from a Nexo Knights video.
What video? If there is a possible sheep part for future sets in Nexo Knights, the shepherd is very likely to happen.
Also, after researching about food costumes, the most frequent one is ice cream and pineapple. I think if it's not pizza, it's definitely one of these two, since any other food (that I can think of) would look strange or out of proportions for a minifig.

Battle Dwarf is needless. The series 5 one was good enough, and we had different variations of the in Castle, LoTR, Hobbit. I can't see how this one could have interesting look or pieces at all.
The LEGO Batman Movie
in LEGO Media and Gaming
Posted
What Penkid said, plus you can also see round plate pieces stacked on each other on the bottom. However this doesn't mean there's not a real world in the movie. Actually, hasn't that already been confirmed? I think TLM movies are supposed to be in one 'cinematic universe'. Official announcemnet + actual grass in the teaser confirms that Ninjago movie is in 'real world', and there aren't even any Ninjago characters in TLM (besides green ninja in few scenes). And Batman is one of the main characters in TLM, I think it's implied this is Finn's universe.
I just hope they don't reference the real world too much in the movie. I don't care if the movie is supposed to be just a kid playing with Legos, as long as that isn't blatantly shown. That fits well with the main TLM, but not with this, unless there is some really genius and well directed plot twist at the end.
