I'm late to the party on this one, but it's a set I've been meaning to track down before it retires. The design looks too good to pass up.

Let me first offer a disclaimer that I haven't built any of these sets. With that said, I'd suggest Brainiac Attack, if only because the availability of the other two isn't as limited — especially the second, since it's brand-new. I make this suggestion because I've been trying to track this set down (mainly for Martian Manhunter, really) but have come up dry... If you can get it without issue and at MSRP, get it sooner rather than later!

Not entirely surprising, given the Iron Man vs. Loki set. But three minifigures in one set? I'd wager that will have a $20-$25 price tag.

If they decide not to approve the Adventure Time proposal, I still hope they're secretly pursuing the license on their own terms a la Minecraft. Granted, they've had a year since the last AT project was rejected to do just that, so I'm not sure if it's going to happen. It'd be great to see The Little Prince project come to fruition, but it'll probably go to the Marshmallow Man for the reasons Robert8 stated. In which case, perhaps they'll opt for a second confirmation or announce that something is on hold, just so it doesn't seem like Ideas has transformed into a Ghostbusters factory. Does LEGO Physics have any shot of becoming a set? I can sort of envision a kit of sorts (perhaps akin to Master Builder Academy or the Minecraft Crafting Box)...but it wouldn't be to the same scale, I don't think.

Yeah, Wacky Races would be gold, but it's not current and I have a feeling they wouldn't want it running concurrently with Speed Champions.

I almost feel like the Yogi Bear ship sailed already, as much as I'd like to see it happen. But yeah, see set purchases as an expression to TLG that you'd like to see more.

Haha. Thanks, Robert8. Maybe just add some curtains on the ends to make it like a photo booth? Oh, and thick bags. Can't forget that. To be fair, it has some nice accessories! Particularly like the winter sports equipment. -
Have you built other Friends buildings at similar price points, like the Downtown Bakery, City Park Cafe, and Hair Salon? Wondering how they compare.

Any idea on when these could release? We can already rule out January. Perhaps they'll release alongside the Mighty Micros and the LEGO Minecraft sets? Maybe the February store calendar will shed some light.

Yep. Looks like cocoa beans to me also. Yeah, what's going on there, I wonder? Is it to convey the idea that it's able to traverse the sea of lava without being fastened to any one spot? If that's the intent, they could've gone for an actual play feature to that effect. As for the contraption, could it be something akin to what was seen in The Snow Hideout with the sensitive ground? *sees translation on Page 1* Yeah, that's what it sounds like it could be, as there's mention of a collapsable wall. Speaking of that set, it remains to be seen which of the two will provide better value. While The Wither has more figures, the structure itself seems a tad bare to me. It's become apparent to me that it's meant to serve as an add-on of sorts to The Nether Fortress, so I'm not sure how it will end up performing when seen as a standalone offering. We can probably rule out snow, right? If you take the design of The Snow Hideout and look at the parts near the ice area, some have the combination of a white plate followed by a grey brick. Here, a similar combination is present but with the colours flipped. EDIT: Yeah, iron, as stated by the poster above me. Supposedly some means of transporting Steve elsewhere, going by the translation on Page 1. Maybe the key is in the "air" of "air portal"? But that could be interpreted to mean that it's empty.

They are my friend, haha. I'd like to say the same applies in this case, but Target's gone and Wal-Mart no longer has them. But yeah, that's a good way of getting around it. -
