firefly101 Posted December 9, 2023 Hello, Has anyone recently had success on steindrucker taking order or responding to Emails? I have known of several attempts and there is no response to email inquiries. Is he even still printing figure orders or is it the location that he is avoiding. I really think it would be more professional and polite to respond to email whether negative or positive for the project. I have also noticed several other print places that don't even bother to respond. A couple have which was nice. Is this common with no replies, I would be afraid to use Steindrucker website to order without first making contact if the project can be done and the amount of backlog before completion.
