Hi everyone! I'm Paolo and I've been lurking for quite sometime in the forums reading reviews and looking for Lego related news and I finally decided to be a member :)

I've been fascinated with Lego since I was young but like some people in here, I've also had my own dark ages days (or years perhaps lol). It all went back after watching the Lego movie and started with the Simpsons minifigs collection but now I want more! Now I'm planning to collect the modulars (people have warned me already that's it's addicting) and I look forward to being active in here!

Hi Paolo Welcome to Eurobricks

People have told you right, the modulars are great sets and once you have one you'll be hooked. I'm sure you'll enjoy collecting & maybe modding them.

The early sets like the Market Street and the Green Grocer can be frightfully expensive but the others can still be bought for reasonable prices.

I very much look forward to watching your collection grow.

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome :) I have first Lego shipment, including my first modular (Parisian Restaurant), coming in the next few weeks and I'm already excited! I've seen how expensive the earlier modular sets and my wallet is already shaking lol Fortunately, I don't see buying the GG, CC, and MS. Also, I'm a frequent lurker of the Lego Town forums looking at the reviews and modular MOCs.

Right now my eyes are on the modular sets as well as those released in Lego Ideas. I got excited with the Exo Suit and had a hard time finding one. Luckily I got 2 from Amazon :)
