62Bricks Posted September 1, 2014 Posted September 1, 2014 The site goes down once a day for maintenance, usually around midnight eastern US time. It also goes down periodically for a few hours a week for maintenance. If you visit the site shortly before one of the scheduled outages you'll get a message about it, but while it is out you just get a server error.
Withacee Posted September 1, 2014 Posted September 1, 2014 No problems here, momentarily. I've experienced the error 62bricks mentioned in the past. It would have been nice if BL displayed a "We're currently doing maintenance" message instead of a server error.
Duq Posted September 1, 2014 Posted September 1, 2014 For the fees that sellers pay I think it's fairly crappy service to be down for maintenance that often. I work for a software company and our customers would quickly go elsewhere if we'd behave like that. There are enough alternatives nowadays.
