Hey folks.

Today I would like to present a MOC of a tractor.

This is an oldtimer tractor DUTRA D4K. It has an 4cylinder serial-engine, permanent 4 wheel drive, swinging front axle, steering, two solenoids with the same pole allows a damping of the seat, there is a lifting a lifting unit and a power take off on the rear side. I built a water cooler a battery a fuel tank and a compressoer. The hood and the roof can be opened.

Very simple, but what a cool tractor.

Would be nice to build, because it will not be to expensive to build.

Any chance of making instructions?

I ain't a very skilled builder, so with only photos I can not build a replica off this.

Very nice replica of the original. Wouldn't this one also fit into running Model Team contest? Or is it too much functional for Model Team?

You linked to an image? Is that correct?

Do you mean you're still working on it? :classic:

I'm getting the same thing.??

Awesome job!!!!

I don't see why the person who invented the real tractor would make it look like that...

Wouldn't it be less stable?

It's a great representation though, just like the real thing

Nice use of the normal lego for the hood and the front

As I heard and it sounds quiet logical it ist a question of stability, cause of the same size of the wheels. Look at the MB trac. The "nose" is also a bit longer but not so extrem like the Dutra.

The pic of the instruction was only an example. Unfortunatley it is not for free

Actually it is probably more stable than it looks. These days tractor have huge counterweight from iron put in front to make front heavy and to prevent flipping to back when pulling large weight. This is just another way how to do it and save some iron. Moreover, good access to engine is presented as a big advantage on the wiki page.

Hello,

dropbox link is not active anymore. Could you please upload assembly instructions and parts list again?

Thank you in advance.

Regards,

Béla
