ionis41 Posted August 23, 2014 Posted August 23, 2014 hello, I'm French and this my MOC : BR 93-374 with 2 motors power-function. Quote
grum64 Posted August 23, 2014 Posted August 23, 2014 I'm not particularly a train buff so I had to Google this. I have to say your model is awesome. So much detail and I'm sure for those that are familiar with the BR 93-374 (of which I now count myself as one ) immediately recognisable. Brilliant Quote
garethjellis Posted August 23, 2014 Posted August 23, 2014 (edited) What a fantastic model. How wide is it. What's the scale ? Edited August 23, 2014 by garethjellis Quote

LEGO Train 12 Volts Posted August 27, 2014 Posted August 27, 2014 Very nice details on that rods ...that valve remember me my BR22; you have a very nice collection of BR steam engine! Keep on ionis41! Quote
zephyr1934 Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 You have packed a lot of details in to all of these models. It is easy to tell that you are both a steam fan and a great lego builder. Quote
ionis41 Posted August 29, 2014 Author Posted August 29, 2014 Thank you all for your compliments. Today I received my order for parts to build my new engine .... !!!! I hesitate between two models Quote
ust60 Posted August 30, 2014 Posted August 30, 2014 (edited) Hello ionis41 the only thing I did not like about the steam locomotives? They are not at my house. From the construction it would be a good fit with my steam locomotives. Do not you agree? Best regards Udo Edited August 30, 2014 by ust60 Quote
ionis41 Posted September 6, 2014 Author Posted September 6, 2014 hello As promised, here is a new video of good quality. Enjoy! Quote
LEGO Train 12 Volts Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 (edited) We should set up a BR fun club! ;-) Edited September 7, 2014 by LEGO Train 12 Volts Quote
ust60 Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 (edited) Hi guys, Hi Emanuele, We shoulderstand set up a BR fun club! ;-) I agree with you. I have watched the video few times. The suspension is a very, very good work. The whole locomotive is very good work. As a driving work two 8883 LEGO ® Power Functions M-motor. I think the technology was first installed Johan alias Teddy. https://www.flickr.c...in/photostream/ Emanuele alias LEGO Train 12 Volts was the next. This is what I also used for my BR 01. But my BR 23 is driven by two 88003 Power Functions L-motor. For more power. But I'm so happy not yet. I would like to have even more speed and power https://www.youtube....=lInKUUEQRBk( To add YouTube videos I'm too stupid. Or I can not find the correct Butten ) Did you ionis41 (sorry I do not know your name) already times tested how much your BR can pull 93-374? I am very interested. Check out my video. Best regards Udo Edited September 7, 2014 by ust60 Quote
ionis41 Posted September 7, 2014 Author Posted September 7, 2014 My BR 93 is rather heavy (820gr exactly) and 2 engines power function "M" are not powerful enough to pull a lot of cars. Already without car this will not necessarily very fast, so if I add 2 or 3 cars, I think it will go as fast as a snail !!!. I just bought there two days a motor Power Function "L" to try. I still do not know this engine but I know it offers more torque and a slightly higher speed. I'm trying to build a new locomotive BR ... (!! surprise) right now. I'll just put one engine power function "L". If this is effective, I will build yet another BR with 2 engines "L" A club would be a good idea !!! Quote
zephyr1934 Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 Great video and neat to see this fine locomotive in action. Quote
