Help creating in LDD

Hi,

I really hope this is the right place for this.

I've been creating in LDD in hopes I would then be able to get a part list then bricklink the parts. I've noticed that I can't seem to get the tracks onto the wheels. Does anyone know any suitable track/gear combos?

Tracks and chains are always going to be a bit tricky in LDD until they make a generator in par with LSynth (MLcad).

The best solution would be to use the templates here and here.

If you can't manage,you could always upload your file to Brickshelf and link it here and one of our many LDD experts will try and help you.

Thanks for the help. After looking at the two links for a template I have a feeling it has to do with the Bradley having two gears on each side. This is required though as I am trying to keep it as accurate as possible.

It's still a long way off from being finished.

First tell me, you want 2 rows of single chains or how?

Ideally i would like a single row on both gears, but 2 rows would be fine.

There were multiple issues with your model... The whole thing was rotated 0,5 degrees sideways and before I figured it out I had to rebuild the tracks all over again... Also 2 of your gears were not on the axle all the way in.

Thank you very much! Guess I still have a lot to learn about LDD. I'm almost done with the complete model which I'll upload once done. Just need to sort out some interior detail and hatches.
