Have they ever revealed Marvel sets at SDCC before like that, though? I know one year they just did all of the Superheroes minifigs but other than that, hasn't it always just been DC sets?

They had Rocket Raccoons Warbird last year.

No i don't count on seeing Civil War sets... Marvel never revealed a set in SDCC, they don't even have a Hall H panel this year!

They do have a panel for Marvel TV, though! Seems like the perfect opportunity to announce a Daredevil set or an Agents of SHIELD set or something lol

Like Monkey said, don't ever expect a set of one of the two! it's false hope i tell you

I hope they start using the AA sets to put in characters from shows like Daredevil. Just make them essentially movie sets, since the show follows those designs, but have like one comic character too.

I'm pretty sure Marvel's presence or absence at SDCC would have no bearing on what LEGO reveals.

I agree with both statements. That is all.

Yeah, there's no way in hell that's gonna happen, I know. I like LMB10's idea, though. Avengers Assemble is the easiest platform to shoot characters out of, and all it would take is one good Daredevil episode from that show next year to put him on shelves.

I think they might run a risk though, given that Daredevil is a pretty mature and graphic show and LEGO's target audience is younger kids. I realize there is some violence in the MCU and DC... CU(?) but nothing like impaling heads on spikes or brutally breaking bones, or torture.

That being said, a DD fig would rock.

I think people have forgotten that there are so many different versions of each comic book character that one take one them (or even many) not being suitable for children doesn't mean it won't happen. I would imagine that most parents are unaware of the netfilx Daredevil series, even if their kids like comic book versions of the character.

Guys, just imagine if we see a glimpse of Civil War, just like with the Batman set at Comic Con!

I mean they did it with Angry Birds...

I think when we already have Deadpool as a figure ... Anything is possible.

Deadpool was created as comedy in the game, so lots of kids know him only from that. Probably why they got away with it... And yeah i know the game came out a lot later, but lego always is planning 3 years ahead!

It doesn't have to be from the show. Just put him with Spider-Man.

I can see it now!: "Spidey needs help tracking down Kingpin and Bullseye! Use the Super Jumper to launch Daredevil through the window and hold off Bullseye while you use the spider-cannon to shoot webs and trap Kingpin."

Spiderman and his pal Daredevil.

I look forward to the Kingpin vs Anatoly set, complete with moving car door and lots of trans-red pieces.

Hahahaha. :laugh_hard:

Your post is the highlight of my day.

Just put Daredevil in his MCU costume on Avengers Assemble or something and then you can put him in a set. Obviously the AA version won't be fighting the sort of Kingpin that decapitates guys with car doors, so it's a perfectly innocent tie-in.

Oh man, that set and the Lego Pulp Fiction sets are really gonna do a number on my wallet!

It's ideas like this that give me hope for the future of Lego.

Does anyone know if we will get Fantastic four an X-Men in the Avengers game?

I could finally put my transclear head with brain decal to good use!

Yeah! Lego Daredevil: the Hero of Heck's Kitchen!
