Lobot Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 Hrm, I'm not sure what to make of that, but perhaps after I've seen the movie it may be a little more appealing However, it already looks like a reasonable parts pack when it hits 40% off! Quote
Ultron Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 It kinda reminds me of the DeLorean...that got in a car wreck. Not a big fan of it. Quote
Tariq j Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 Looks very similar to the mandelorean Speeder, excellent figures though. Quote

Hopefully the new range will include some more appealing designs, otherwise it could be a cheap winter for me. Quote
markw Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 Interesting item regarding the transporter. The large winged ship that had its instructions leaked first is listed on Brickipedia as the First Order Troop Transport. I had assumed that it was Kylo Ren's shuttle? http://lego.wikia.com/wiki/75103_First_Order_Transporter Quote
ChiefPie Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 To me it looks like some other vehicle from a super scifi movie. Might get it. Quote
TeufelHund Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 Looks like something my 7 year old would build - good thing he's the target market! Quote
Jedi-Bendu Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 Interesting item regarding the transporter. The large winged ship that had its instructions leaked first is listed on Brickipedia as the First Order Troop Transport. I had assumed that it was Kylo Ren's shuttle? http://lego.wikia.co...der_Transporter The Transporter is 75103. Ren's shutle is 75104. The photo on Brickipedia cleary shows 75104.....so it's wrongly added to the page of the 75103 set. Quote
markw Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 Pretty conclusive sir, good point and well made! ;) Quote
Neomars Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 "Why haven't they released images yet? We want to see the sets." *Set pics leaked* "Eh I think I'll pass on that one." To me it looks strangely like a battle pack. Obviously it's bigger in person but for some reason the shape of the box just makes it feel so much smaller. But that rapid stud shooter looks awesome. Ultron Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 "Why haven't they released images yet? We want to see the sets." *Set pics leaked* "Eh I think I'll pass on that one." Pretty accurate Idk, I haven't really cared for the vehicle designs for Episode 7 so far..and this one just looks like a crummy fan creation you'd see in a Lego magazine. Quote
Jedi-Bendu Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 (edited) Pretty conclusive sir, good point and well made! ;) You're quite welcome sir! Regarding the leaked LEGO Snowspeeder: here's a pic of the Hasbro incarnation. Edited August 14, 2015 by Jedi-Bendu Quote
DarthPotato Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 I think I like Hasbro's version more to be honest. The speeder just looks better as a smaller vehicle. What LEGO did here seems to be pretty similar to how they increased the size of the Flash Speeder. Quote

And here I thought I was gonna buy every episode 7 set....the snowspeeder is an easy pass Quote
Peasantseverywhere Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 I'm actually a massive fan of this, it looks really good in my opinion :) Quote

Though it's understandable TLG wouldn't want to make a giant brick with seats. Quote
BrickBob Studpants Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 (edited) Swiss retailer wog.ch has added set descriptions for 6 of the TFA sets (the only one missing is the Transporter). Since I'm too lazy to translate the entirety of it ( ), I picked out the most important details: Rey's Speeder (75099): includes quite a few accessories (bag, blaster, buzzsaw, binoculars) and a detachable slide. The Unkar henchman wields a crowbar according to the description Size: 9x14x5 cm Special Forces TIE Fighter (75101): Fits two minifigs, just as suspected. It includes spring shooters (what a surprise) and a rotating antenna that is supposed to represent a radar of some sort (didn't notice that in the pictures of the Hasbro version). Size: 23x20x18 cm Kylo Ren's Command Shuttle (75104): Includes a Stormtrooper Officer, just like expected (the Amazon description was lacking that detail, which is why I'm mentioning it) The set also features detachable weapon racks and three storage areas (on the front, back and the underside of the shuttle). The set description also mentions four helmets, one of which must belong to Kylo Ren (with the other three belonging to the Crew members and the Stormie). This strongly suggests that we're getting a new mould instead of the classic cloak piece Size: 28x22x20 cm (with the wings folded in) or 28x22x40 cm (wings folded out) Millenium Falcon (75105): Includes a "silver" blaster, which means Rey's blaster is definitely pearl (dark?) gray, so it looks like my eyes didn't deceive me after all The holo chessboard is mentioned as well Link (descriptions in German): http://www.wog.ch/in...&emcs3=LE-42694 Edited August 14, 2015 by Lego-Freak Quote

TheBrickBuilder14 Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 1 more pic, last one I promise :) Gives a good look at Kylo Ren Quote
Archidelic Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 Tie fighter is a buy, same for the MF (if you don't have the older sets),the rest I will pass. There isn't a leak of the 75099? I liked it in the trailer Quote
Peasantseverywhere Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 The fact that the wings extend on Kylo Rens shuttle is so awsome ! Quote
