Zerobricks Posted July 21, 2014 Posted July 21, 2014 Here's an idea I used in the trophy truck's rear suspension. The use of 9L links allows you to make much more compact and realistic axles which work very simillar to real leaf springs. Hopefully this idea will be used in scale trucks like the one 2legoornot2lego makes. Quote
andythenorth Posted July 21, 2014 Posted July 21, 2014 Neat. I've been wondering about similar use for this part http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=x136 It's used for the rear wheels on Spider Trike and has good flex in one axis. http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemPic.asp?S=76014-1 Quote
Omikron Posted July 21, 2014 Posted July 21, 2014 Isn't bending parts that are not meant to be bent considered "illegal building technique" that puts a lot more stress to parts that were not designed to withhold that amount of stress? Quote
