Nico van Duin Posted March 30, 2014 Posted March 30, 2014 Hi guys, I just ordered a second rechargeable battery (8878) and I was wondering if I could use it in a car together with my other one which I have for about two years now and is intensively used. For example, if i built a car with two rc motors, and each rc motor has it's own v2 receiver and battery, would there be any speed difference between the motors? Quote
Zerobricks Posted March 30, 2014 Posted March 30, 2014 I doubt there will be any noticable difference, amybe the older one might not last as long untill it needs a recharge. Quote
gregorijs3kivi Posted March 30, 2014 Posted March 30, 2014 no there are not, but if is, put diff between motors. hope it helped Quote
Nico van Duin Posted March 30, 2014 Author Posted March 30, 2014 (edited) Yeah I thougt about coupling the motors with a differential too, but it takes more space and you lose the possibility to power each wheel independently. But I'm glad to hear the age difference of the batteries won't be a problem. Edited March 30, 2014 by Nico van Duin Quote
