nikolyakov Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 Hi to all, This is my moc for 2014 Turklug Challenge about Trial Trucks. It has 1 XL (9 to 1 reduction) for propulsion and 1 M for steering. 1x leds for headlights. Axles are pendular and linked so no shock absorbers. Some videos and pics, For some additional pictures after moderation http://www.brickshel...ry.cgi?f=540514 Thanks for watching :) Quote
Zerobricks Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 Looks good. One question, doesnt the steering rack touch the wheels? Quote

Junpei Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 I don't think I've ever seen steering transferred to an axle like that! Awesome vehicle. TLH Quote
Technyk32231 Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 Very nice! I really like the way the steering is transferred to the front axle. Quote
timslegos Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 Finally someone else who uses linked pendular suspension! I too used it in my last MOC, and I think it makes for great axle movements. Also, I am quite impressed with the steering mechanism. I have definitely never seen that before! tim Quote
AndyCW Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 Unique steering solution and the pendular suspension is nice too. v/r Andy Quote

Doc_Brown Posted March 5, 2014 Posted March 5, 2014 Cool truck! I too like the suspension and steering setup. I also like the subtle use of panels creating a nice slope downwards on the front of the cab. What gear was cracking in the video? Quote

Right one is upgraded setup, there are 3 more 8 tooth gears but i cant add them on LDD. Quote
